Have to admit I found them hard work. No reply to my email and I can't find anything on the site.
I've just canceled my debit card and got a new 1 so I guess that will mean they can't charge any more.0 -
Also called 0844 335 0550 and was all done in about 4 minutes - woman asked me to subscribe to another service but accepted my polite dismissal.Said Aristippus, “If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.”

Isn't that good of them? I'm glad they'll hand out my credit details online without checking, oh wait, they did check, they know I'm me! I am so not down with this.Do you need it? Yep. Really? Yes! How have you managed for the last 28 years without it? Erm....

I rang 020 7298 3000 as I only have a mobile so 0800 is no use!
I also had the phone answered really quickly and call dealt with with simple ease and an email confirming.0 -

ANSWERED AFTER 1 RING!! Amazing. Cancelled in under 3 mins. Cheers!
Ditto that thrice. I signed up for Topcashback's trial last month and phoned the 0800 number through Skype as I currently don't have a landline (just moved house) so Skype's another option peops. I also spoke to the very polite Irish lady who dealt with cancelling my trial there and then, no hard selling, and after hanging up, checked my email and she'd already sent an email confiming cancellation of the 30-day trial.
Couldn't be easier. I would vehemently urge phoning the 0800 number if you're cancelling your trial (or ongoing subscription with Equifax).0 -
I signed up to the 30-day free trial last month and wanted to cancel. I didn't want to call their 0844 number so used saynoto0870 to find this number, 0800 0665825.
There was a quick choose option 1 or 2 automated message, but it was soon answered by a softly spoken Irish lady who cancelled the account very efficiently with no fuss. There was no hard sell, but she did offer a reduced price for me to stay, which I politely declined.
Almost instantaneously I received an email confirming cancellation.
I was gearing up for an expensive phone call and the hard sell, fortunately neither happened. :money:0
