FHBrit is wrong (not for the first time)!
He posts in an authoritive manner, and takes umbrage when he is corrected, but we are all warned that anyone can post here, and to treat all posts with caution.
It should be remembered that he is a debt collector in america (and not an insurance expert).
And Quentin is ALWAYS right - so Reader - you chose what - we ARE all warned and that warning goes for what Quentin writes too.
I am a British citizen working in Medical Health billing (that means travel insurance as most of you travellers have travel insurance) and as travel insurance, debt collecting, medical billing I have NEVER claimed to be an expert and IF YOU READ CORRECTLY (I cannot count how many times I have pointed this out) I offer advice based on MY EXPERIENCES in dealing with Florida medical bills left by the tourist.
God forbid , I am ever right and Quentin is wrong and you all end up with bad credit repoerts or legal procedings against you! I wish I could publish proof - but my customers privacy is paramount.
As all I have intednded to do is attempt to give good and correct information on here to people to avoid the possibility of making a bad situation even worse (a holiday illness/accident then leading to YOU being sued). I sometimes wish certain people here would stop the personal comments and go to a chat room for their arguments.C. (Ex-Pat Brit)

Where are there any "personal comments"? (And where have I posted anything that could lead people to get "bad credit reports" etc?)
All that seems to be going on is you unnecessarily seeing things as personal attacks whenever your wrong advice (given in your authoritative manner) is corrected!0 -

Everytime you trivislise the importance of getting decent travel insurance (that I recommend because they pay out within 120 days of discharge from hospital = the time YOU would get reported if YOU did not pay)

You used your company's name without authority and giving wrong advice at the same time (and you are holding a grudge) - this time you are only showing your own ignorance, that's up to you!C. (Ex-Pat Brit)

See my blue answers
Your blue answers are nonsense/lies. I have never "triviliased" the need for getting travel insurance, and that wasn't the first time you had posted wrong advice.
You posted elsewhere that you had put me on your ignore list, patently not true, and presumably another of your jibes intending to cause trouble, which is just about all you seem to be doing (apart from spamming us with your recommended insurer at every possible opportunity)!
And to report another poster to their employer (and pick up on a typo) just about sums up your childish behaviour here.0 -

Wrong only in your opinion.
I'm ending this now!C. (Ex-Pat Brit)

So where have i gave out incorrect information? I stated what i KNOW is true of 'Halifax' travel insurance. Please tell me where i have commented on what other companies are doing, leading to confusion for other readers?0 -

But because YOUR company has that view - it does not mean that EVERY insurer does - and you said I was wrong, I was'nt, there are companies that have a differnt view that your company's.
The incorrect info comes in the reading when you say IC's, generalising that all IC's are the same.C. (Ex-Pat Brit)
