Now the status is "Delivered" and signed for by "A Ellis". Now I could assume that is someone on my street, but quickly wiped that thought since there has not been a DHL van down this street or even round this area all day!
Now what?! This is shocking service
John, my phone was delivered by a "man in a car" presumably contracted by DHL so I would check again with DHL who actually does their deliveries.
Donnie, I'm with you, I just ordered the phone "because it was there"0 -
My V220 has developed a fault (it's probably always been like it, but just not noticed). Occasionally when closing the 'lid' it turns itself off, and if I press the volume buttons on the side several time when closed it will turn itself off. Anyone else have the same problem?0

I don't want my money back, I would rather donate it to a local charity than to have it back in my bank account, my parents were really excited about getting new phones which weren't bricks and now O2 have shattered any hopes of that!
What is the best address for complaints as they're not getting away with this that easily!0 -
Mate, that sucks!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know what to say............of all the people for this to happen to.
I would call em and kick off big time!
Defo call their HO first on the number on the post above...........0 -

You think that sucks!
Mine were either delivered to the wrong person at the wrong address or stolen by the DHL driver. As they were signed for by some real or made up person they have been "delivered" and O2 won't send replacements or refund my money.0 -
what happens with faulty ones? do they upgrade or refund?

Has anyone NOT managed to unlock their phone yet? (v220). I have followed the step by step guide and I'm getting no errors, yet it just won't unlock the phone at all to my orange sim card. It appears as if the unlock program just does nothing.
Any advice welcome!0 -
Actually, I should mention that I now have an error message on startup, "Flex Error. Subsidy Locked". This is probably from using an unlocked flex with a locked phone. How can I rip the flex from my other phone so I can put it on this one?0
