When we hear that you get yours and wee should all give out a collective cheer.
My sister got 1 out of an order for 2 and she is over the moon.
I felt very guilty when I read that yours hadn't come through. Its better to be late in this life than early in the next one.

I thought I was buying the handset, not hiring it for a week
D'you think I could charge them an unlocking fee? :rotfl:"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
O M G.
Now the status is "Delivered" and signed for by "A Ellis". Now I could assume that is someone on my street, but quickly wiped that thought since there has not been a DHL van down this street or even round this area all day!
Now what?! This is shocking service0 -
Firstly I'd get onto DHL about the delivery and asking who 'A Ellis' is and where my package has been left. Secondly I'd get onto O2 informing them of the 'shocking' situation and 'requesting' that they locate the package and deliver it as soon as possible. DHL should not have left the package with anyone else but you. I emailed them and asked if my OH could collect...and was told no.
Whilst this is an O2 order it sounds like a classic DHL mess. Try working with people first and see where that gets you. If that fails you end up going down the I'm upset and angry and want my order or my cash route.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

Love to my two angels that I will never forget.0 -
I emailed o2 back but I fear it will take too long. I'm not ringing any helplines as from experience it will cost me more than £15 in phone call costs to get me anywhere fast!
And by the end of the week nobody at all will be in to deliver as we're about to move into our new house0 -

Looks like you're in the same boat as me. O2 have (after I emailed them) said they will investigate and send a replacement. At first they suggested that I should go and knock on various neighbours doors to trace my package but I don't see why I should make the effort to do this.
My advice is to just email and demand that the send your order. It is a waste of time trying to phone O2 as you will struggle to find anyone who can help.
Good luck.0 -
I had no problems contacting O2 using the numbers on the saynoto....
No need to use expensive numbers to contact them.
Dunno y I bought the thing anyway. Already have loads of mobile telephones.
It's all that Johntea's fault.0 -

None of the saynoto0870 numbers will put you through to anyone that handles shop orders.0 -
Those were the numbers that I used. Had no problems at all getting through. Maybe they are just being difficult.
If I remember, I'll try to find which one I used and report back.
I may have called one of the numbers to be put through to the correct department.
Online prepay would be the way to go. Did you try the O2 online switchboard on 0113 272 2000?0
