You need to close down MultiFlashFlex before using the unlocker.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Johntea for the link. My daughter is going to be very happy Xmas morning with the upgraded phone I received the V547. I do hope you received your phone , you are a real star. Many thanks

Yep, thanks from me to OP for this one managed to get 2 just before they sold out. They arrived on Thursday and were V547's with chargers and manuals, both of them unlocked. The only thing better than a bargain is getting more of a bargain than you bargained for........so to speak :P

Take it to a local market that has someone that does phone unlocking. Ten quid should do the trick.

Anyone else still waiting for chargers?

Had my 2 son's phones for over a week and no sign of the chargers despite confirmation by phone calls to o2 that they are on their way!

Hi,

Just to say I recieved two brand new V547's last week, boxed with chargers. I have saved one for my son's birthday but the other worked fine with my vodaphone sim card. I did not need to unlock it.

I can't beleive what a bargain these were!

Would "Out for delivery" mean the phones will be delivered later on today?

Johntea "out for delivery" usually means delivery today. I hope you get the phones. You of all people deserve them. Hope they are v547s. Got one myself on the day my old Nokia gave up the ghost. Thanks so much for the tip.

I also assumed "Out for delivery" meant out for delivery today but what it actually appears to mean is:-

"DHL will be ignoring your new alternative delivery instructions that you took many hours to get across via O2. DHL will deliver the package to an unknown address (*) where it will be signed for by a person with a name unrelated and unknown to the purchaser. On contacting O2 they kindly will confirm it has been delivered to aforementioned unknown address/person. O2 will offer to do not one thing more."

(*) DHL drivers reserve the right to like the look of the package and sign with a false name to avoid the trouble of choosing an address at random and attempting a half-hearted delivery.

I shall be seeing them in court.
