    Well done Youngbean, well fab!!!!!

Victory: I find the more you pay the better, ish. My hair costs like £32 but they cut it and i dont have to struggle to make it look how they did it, it just goes nice really easily. You may be shocked and you wake up and you can manipulate it to the way they did! Although i can never make it look AS good as them, but then i reckon its cos i cant get my arms round the back of my head with a hair dryer/straightners properly!!

Ajax: I thought it was a film! For me i would reply the day matt and i had in paris, or the time i lost my v plates. Or the time i got so hypo on coke when i was a child i could just feel the sugar through my veins. Probably the first or second one more than the hypo one.

Im currently babysitting, i dunno if i can go to bed or not myself cos i gotta get up at 6 something tomorrow and i went out last night so im quite tired as it is. He was crying earlier so i went up and he was ok, he is such a chatterbox! i sat and watched the little polar bear with him cos i felt guilty cos i think he might have cried earlier but i thought it was next doors child!!!!!! Hope he doesnt tell his mum. ha.

    Right im off, night all!!

Weighing in a day early :)1.25lb gain and not at all surprising as I know I have eaten more than usual, since I haven't calorie counted all week! I don't mind when I know where it's come from though :p

I managed 21.5km running, and so far 195km on the exercise bike (less km than previous weeks 'cos a lot more was on a higher tension or 'uphill'!!!) I expect to do another 30km today, to round off my hour on the bike for every stage of the TdF :D With the few other bits I've done, it's about 9 hours of formal exercise this week which isn't too bad.

Don't know if I'll be able to check here while I'm on my travels so keep up the good work and have a fab few weeks everyone!

Hi Missy - where is it you are again?
Victory - how's the hair this monrning??
We were out at friends last night for dinner so that is the third meal out this week.... It's hard as we love socialising AND I want and need to lose weight. I know in some ways I should just concentrate on weight loss and shelve the meals out but is that putting life on hold whilst I get to the weight I want?? The one good thing is that I am not really a big drinker - last night was unusual in that I had 3 glasses of wine but usually it's 1 or 2 once a week or so.
Anyhow - back to writing everything down this week I think!
Good luck everyone with their weigh ins that are looming!

Well done on the losses babycat, kymrob and especially youngbean on the stone! :T I can't believe looking at your photo that you have 7 stone to lose.
I guess you didn't take my advice then Missy! Have a great hol. (What's with the new name BTW?)
Show us a photo of your new hairdo Vix! Mine only costs £12 and is the best cut I've ever had (have paid £104 pre-MSE ).
We're off for a lovely walk in the gorgeous sunshine today, first time in a few weeks with all the flitting about so really looking forward to it. We're taking a picnic (greek salad and beetroot cake :D) and will be on the lookout for the first blackberries. Have a fab day everyone!

Phew, just back from work - everyone else on leave for a few weeks so manning the fort and just can't get everydone so have had to go in this weekend:A .
Youngbean - fab, your first stone. Welldone for keeping at it and for upping the exercise. You can do this and you will get there:T
Missy - what a fab time trial. Really chuffed for sastre. Enjoy your champs elysee ride:D . Have a great holiday and enjoy relaxing on the food front.
Lesley - I don't think you should put life on hold: life is for living now. I think we just need to manage the going out bit and try and make some sensible choices and the occasional 'mad' choice and be confident that the other days of the week you will stick to your plan. The weight will come off slower, but you will have developed expertise in how to keep it off. Otherwise - don't out out for a year, lose the weight and within 3 months of going out like mad again it'll pile back on.
Haircut sound good victory. Was this what you were anticipating this morning? frazzled.gif:D
Hey seren - haven't heard form you for ages. Are you ok. Are you just lurkin?

Help - Please does anyone know which advice of Bails' I haven't followed? It's not the 10% running rule, I'm fine on that one? (weekly running past 3 weeks 26km, 23km, 21.5km so it's actually down not up!) Was there something to do with the exercise bike? :o

BB - my fave bit was the other day when they did a segment with the 'old' theme tune. Goose bumps!!!

I'm on a bit of Northern Europe tour Lesley! :D Ending up in Norway! :D

    Take care all x

Oh yes, it was great, as was the 20 most memorable tour momnents prog - I recognised loads of them. That police must have had a camera of the champs elysee, even though the iternal thingy cleared him of any wrong doing!!! And I've only just twigged the manager of sastre team is bjarnie reis - knew he looked familiar but I'd never picked up on his name until yesterday. Thanks so much for being a fan and pointing me in the direction of ITV4, I have got so much pleasure from being able to watch again.
Can't beleive they've ended the ferry to Norway - I went on that in 1988 when I cycled round Norway for 3 weeks.
Going to do a large herb & spice order now online from a mail order company - much cheaper than super market.
