How is everyone today? ive read two dissertations, to me they just seem 90%crap and 10% of answering the topic!

Im making a sponge later, for tomorrow at the port. I might crack a joke and put a washing sponge on the plate. Thats lame though isnt it. I could even go one step further and put a pic of me on the sponge and call it a victoria sponge! I hope im not the only one to laugh at their own jokes.

Right im off, all this talk of toys is too rude for my young ears!

Thank-you, not much to tell really, I'm little and round, not so young--seem to get rounder each year, especially when I've tried to diet :rolleyes: . I'm very worried about the impact of my weight on my health, can't run or do vigorous cycling anymore because it hurts my knees, and I want to see my children grow up:( . Have a kidney infection at the mo so taking it easy till that's healed.

Currently between jobs so taking the opportunity to take a bit of time out to make a start on getting my health in order (thanks hubby), so feel very lucky, decided to take this time because I've had little time to exercise, other than dog-walking, over the past few years.

Otherwise I love life and exercise, and have a wicked SOH,
