Morning
Still waiting for my broken scales to be replaced so if I can I'll weigh myslef at my Mum's later. Well done the losers and the STSs - gainers don't fret about it!
Daniel Craig nice but Pierce Brosnan is the Bond for me! Oh he is lovely (and he likes larger women!!!!).I would if I could but I can't so I won't!0 -
It's a 4.5 lb loss this week (having 'banked' by gain of 4lbs last week - although that was over a couple of weeks). I guess it's from all the running (!) but I have also been on track foodwise. I need another couple of weeks like this to get back on track fully.0

Hi all!
Victory, you're quite right, I could make that meal for a lot fewer calories if I wanted - halving the portion size is actually all I would need to do to get it in line with my other main meals!!! But I really enjoy my one supersized meal per week, and I have no problem 'earning' it with fewer cals the rest of the day, once a week. The way I see it is I would do a similar thing if I was eating out or having a takeaway, which I almost never do
Congrats Julesgr, Fredsnail, Efrieze, Beanie & Lesley on losses and STS!0 -

Well done Julesgr, Fredsnail, Efrieze, Beanie & Lesley, rumblytum& dragon on losses and STS!
Yesterday turned out much better than it started and I got some good stuff done which makes me feel positive about life in general. Today busy too, with mosaic class this morning, a quick lentil & feta premade HM lunch now and off to friends in a mo to see if the table & chairs they have offered me are suitable (they are moving abroad to sunny climbs): I find it very hard to resist 2nd hand furniture but I really have to justify taking this for space reasons.
Missy - Iwon't mention those ebay pics again til i've actually DONE them:rotfl: . Won't be today as I need OH's camera and he is at work.
Daniel Craig totally does it for me. (Including face and those swimming trunks Vix, yum:D ) Hope you went to see Pierce in Mumma mia Tagz. I'm not a afan either way with him but Colin Firth, double yum:D .
How's our new gingerite today - stil answering all the phones?
Vix - well done for going into college. Glad to hear you feel a bit more inspired.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

Vix, i think i've posted this quote before, but it's what dame judi dench said when the last film came out . . . 'i've seen it, and it's a monster'.
She cant have seen his erect willy! and i dont think i would ever call a floppy one "a monster"! The biggest floppies ive seen are my brother and my dads ha. Although i think because i was a young child they probably looked bigger than what they were and i was more curios to look then.
Not that ive seen many floppy ones cos i turn most people on instantly
haha, what a joke!
Thanks FREDSNAIL for the links! Is your name like Fred snail or freds nail?0 -
BB: If you dont want it i will! ha. I need a dining table and chairs set, as well as a sofa to finish off my collection of stuff for a flat!
Colin firth is a god!! He is so hot its not funny. Infact i think we share a birthday. I love his walk in bridget jones, theres a scene where he walks off in the snow, pure man!
Im having the worst period ever of my life, woke up at 3am with it, what a time to start for lord sake. It must have known cos i woke up matt to tell him i hadnt come on yet.
Found out my college friend is pregnant with a boy! Really does nothing to help my broodyness levels. Exciting though! I think i would want a girl if i had one, i know you cant chose and boys must be cool but you cant beat a bit of pink around the house.
anyway, see you all later!0
