Have you tried pabo.com? I'd add a link but I don't want to go to the website while I'm in the office (I might have to give myself a written warning! :rotfl: )

how about rigging up a calor gas canister delly? that ought to do it. I'd be interested to hear about the binging book too - one of my downfalls, which is why sw worked so well in the past.
am still slightly ginger today but much less so. I like the hair colour, but with my high colouring ( english rose . . . . a red one) it looks a bit rough.
remortgaging and found that the settlement figure didn't include this months payment which is still sitting in my bank and will remain there. Really ought to pay off the gas debit, but a wii fit is calling . . . .0 -

Only problem with that is one spark and there'd be an explosion  - can you imagine trying to explain that to the drs at A&E?:DGoal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0 -
Thanks for showing us the pics Efrieze! You look fab and you're smiling in a lot of them so you must have enjoyed yourself! Looks like you were really lucky with the weather too!
It was pasta bolognese for lunch Suggs, rather a large portion  and some bread! That's a once a week treat for me, then tomorrow it's bolognese sauce on my jacket potato which works out a little less calorific!
Now I just have to wait and see how much of a mountain peak I'll get on the wii fit daily weigh in graph by having all that weight in my stomach! (Happens every week!)
Scar's looking lovely jubbly thanks! It's healing so well I'm almost worried there will be nothing much to show people!!! (p.s. Don't work too hard!)0 -

delly didn't realise you were allergic to latex, another thing apart from ordering off the internet where you can't but if you went to the shop the anne summers lady said test each one on the side of your nose, the vibration tells you how strong it will be elsewhere, one she put on the side of the nose nearly took my head off so I got that one:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: I can't actually use it because the force is too much:rotfl: :rotfl:
missy I am not going to tell you that there are many spag bog out there that are a whole heap less cals than over 800 because I am sure you know more than anyone that there are even including the bread, I know the ones I eat/make are nowhere near that because otherwise I would have to starve for the rest of the day and I would not want to do that lol, I never eat cheese so there are less cals to it, always use quorn or lean turkey mince etc.0 -
I like that shade of lipstick - what's it called 'hot pink'?? arf arf!!
I had a really surreal moment today - I was just leaving an old ladies flat in a complex and met a man coming up the stairs as I was going down. He had a blow up doll over his shoulder covered in a tartan rug (!!) - honestly!! I caught his eye and he said wryly 'don't say a word'....... I replied 'I'm not, and I'm trying not to look'. lol
The most surreal thing to me was the tartan rug - surely it should be on some old ladies knee? AND I'll never know what was going on!?
LL - my training usually goes like this....
10 mins warm up on the bike at level 7
15 cross trainer on level 7 or 8
then a mile on the treadmill as fast as I can sometimes with the incline at 7.
then we do about 20-30 minutes of toning starting with my abs exercises on the swiss ball. We do an area each time and he is quite a hard taskmaster!
Still keep seeing that tartan rug.....
L xNO EXCUSES - THIS YEAR IT'S PERSONAL..........0 -

Wish I could manage your training regime! In fact I wish I could afford a gym! Too many swanky ones around here, you need to sell an organ or two to afford them. Decided to up my exercise a bit and rode my bike back from my DD's school. Only a 15min ride but it knackered me! I'm off to aerobics in a bit too.
The tartan rug thing is just plain weird! Do you think he is planning to bump off a relly and that was a dry run?I would if I could but I can't so I won't!0
