    Morning everyone!
Delly - I'm glad your OH seems to be making an effort, stay strong and I really hope you have reached the sunshine after the storm.
KPC - £6.50 sounds great to me, I'll pm you my name and address now
BB - Thanks for the welcome, and I think it is boredom that makes me wander. I don't really know how to be stronger, does anyone have any ideas?

    Hope everyone is well today!

Don't be scared to drive II D2 II, just remember what my Dad always said "99% of other road users are total idiots!, drive to stay away from them!" :rotfl:, I could have sworn I had posted the reasons for my humongous weight gain on this thread , oh well must have been another one!

Woot!! well done on the contract extension (is it always going to be month by month? or will they eventually turn round and say "II D2 II, we cannot survive without you, stay and have oodles of dosh!"?)

Hi Carol - I'm a grazer too, definitely a little and often person, so I always make sure there are healthy snacks around for me to pick at. What plan are you following to lose weight? I'm doing Slimming World, and there are lots of free foods I can eat whenever I'm a bit peckish, so my desk drawer at work is always full of fruit! If you're calorie counting and you know you'll want to wander, make sure you allow yourself a few hundred calories for snacks in addition to the amount you reserve for meals.

Rugby season starts tomorrow, Not playing due to the 10km on Sunday,

    Good luck in the 10km.

  • Good one D2 - now make yourself indispensible.

Carol - great points by Lois. Is there anyway of tackling the boredom? Like Lois, I just don't have crisps and naughties etc in the hse (not that you said that's what you eat). I do have treats though - that's important. Is there any way of upping excersise with something you enjoy? How about portion control - use a smaller plate for dinner - works well for us. What do you lik eto eat for meals and snacks?

Suggs - lots of luck for Sunday:beer:

Tagz, (I think it was you?) Sorry Im not Ajax and im sure I have mised the rude comment or two, maybe even four or five. But at least I am still here unlike some fly-by-night fair-weather tart ;) I will try better for you if you like :) Oddly if this was spoken word I can be much more forthcoming with the comments, but tend to miss them in written word, make of that what you will

Oh my Suggs I never meant to imply you weren't doing a great job! It's just sometimes the banter between you and Ajax was entertainment in itself! Where is he? Do you think he met one of his sporting lovelies and has abandoned us?
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!

older people always see things differently! He is the same age as me (he started his first year when i was on my last) due to changing schools to get better grades so perhaps he feels like he needs to prove something.

I replied and just asked him who has he ditched. I dont know if he was all much a great friend anyway, he did fancy me quite a bit and i guess i liked being fancied, and he is funny. But as for clubbing with, complete waste of time, i get more drinks out of my other male friend.

    Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
guess what!! I have more money in my bank account than i have ever had ever! I have literally not shopped for ages, not bought any underwear or anything. I am so excited. I dont wanna spend any of it though! ha.
