  • Delly - you are doing so well. And it appears that when you have another upset, you DH does eventually come back and say he knows he's behaving badly. He's obviously miserable and a bit messed up at the mo. But he keeps coming back to wanting to make a go of it. I think they'll be plenty more ups and downs yet, but well done for hanging in there -painful as it is, rollercoaster that it is, you're both saying you want a future together and I so hope he is able to sort himself out and give you a little more everyday of what you need and deserve. I don't think you've been a walk over at all - meeting confrontation with confrontation doesn't always work in the long run. And feeling very vulunerable & weepy is exactly how I would respond I'm sure - while secretly longing for a marion to do her stuff on my behalf.

Carol - big welcomes to the thread. What makes you wonder into the kitchen and eat? Boredom? Perhaps finding that answer may help. Keep posting lots and join in with us do. My own lightbulb moment was finding an eating plan that worked for me & my lifestyle.
Bindi - a very belated HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Hope you have had a great day. Sounds a greatidea to wait til the kids are back at shcool to start over.

Yes to swap boxes:Dthey are great fun (I've got a feeling that when I did the xmas one more marion never received hers - sender sent but disappeared from thread and I was too sick to sort for the first 4 months of the year:o . Marion was very kind about it but I felt bad as the organiser:( )
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

KPC: i can only imagine the mess that is left behind. I hear lots of stories like how people wee in a bottle then throw it around the crowd. I might go for a day trip rather than overnight!

    Phew!:D

Now I just have to work out a way of moving forward without wanting to kill him or smash the pc;) .... any suggestions?

That's great Delly - the light at the end of the tunnel. :) :grouphug:

Ha ha, I'm in for the swop boxes but I hope I don't get The Enforcer - what happens if she doesn't like her pressie?! ;)
Thanks for suggesting it KPC, were you offering to organise it as well though? Don't feel like you have to.
Delly, whatever you do don't break the PC or how will you contact us?! I can think of several other things you could break though...;) Really pleased he's agreed to change his number, the least he can do!! Hang on in there xx
To all those who've been struggling with WL recently, I'd like to officially join your gang :o To be honest, I've been struggling with everything at the mo. Anyhoo, things should stabilise for me come next Thursday I hope, so I'm looking to be more conscious of my eating from next Friday. Let's hope we can all get back on track!

    Morning All

Posting a 0.6lb gain for me, so thats as near to a STS as I think I ill ever get :) So a bit of a smile. Body fat still creeping up, maybe a result of purely running, I dont really now.

Belated birthday wishes Bindiboo, sorry missed it yesterday, had a real heavy week, so much so that I postponed the exam for a few days. Delly, I am glad things are working itself out, I have read so many things in the past few days I wont comment much in case I put my size 10's in it  Relationships are a two way street, there is give and take, up's and down's highs and lows. Hopefully you have had your low and your both looking inwards to discover what you both want and then working together to attain it.

Dragon, I have been in here for well over 2 years and I do not recall your original post about your accident. I can only echo the sentiment passed by the others (mainly Ewwww!! it seems) If I dont break you any more have a hug from me :)

Vix re your mate with the bad attitude, tell him you know he loves you really and if he wants an ar5s kissing, he better shave the hairy monster first lol :rotfl:(sounds like the actions of someone forcing himself to 'move on' as he has gone to big uni and wants to sound all grown up) Tagz, (I think it was you?) Sorry Im not Ajax and im sure I have mised the rude comment or two, maybe even four or five. But at least I am still here unlike some fly-by-night fair-weather tart ;) I will try better for you if you like :) Oddly if this was spoken word I can be much more forthcoming with the comments, but tend to miss them in written word, make of that what you will

Rugby season starts tomorrow, Not playing due to the 10km on Sunday, actually still not got a position to play either (too small) and possibly only got 6 games left :o will finish the decking tomorrow and then have to pressure wash it and stain sometime. Oh the joys of DIY, I hate that duck!

    Right back to reading

    Have a great weekend all
