blooming heck dragon, hope you get better soon and you rest up. Remember to drink milk!
haha, we can have t shirts made!! Granny would defo have !!!!!! on hers. How funny, i can imagine granny and BB dancing on top of a table, missy would be doing 50 press ups in the corner....dragon would be in full body bandages, raph would be texting her fiance cos she cant be apart for one nano second, what a party! ha
right im off to research disney. Cant sleep due to excitement ha.
*snerk* might need more than full body bandages (unless they are the type that will shrink me from a size 24 to a size 14 in a nano second!)Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

oh my word, Just got this message from what i would call my best chum. Or he was anyway. It was his 21st in march and i didnt go to his party cos i was narked off by something that i probably shouldnt be narked off about but i have apologised now for it. anyway, just got this email from him cos i wanted to know if we still had a friendship or not and he wrote: "well i dunno what we do now, my patients has run out for a lot of canterbury friends (hes moved away to uni you see) and iv told them where to go but i'll give u another chance cause of the history. uv got a lot of butt kissing and making up to do." I get the end bit is probably a bit of a joke, but the whole give me another chance because of the history!!
I thought id ask for opinions outside of the box before i reply back.0 -
Thanks everyone for the good wishes.
Had a good day but felt a wee bit emotional for various reasons & now just feel flat.

busy kpc. just realised that my car has to have it's first mot in sep so having to get things fixed dammit! oh is totally wound up because he's running a really big event at Elsecar in Barnsley this weekend. It's quite a significant one - he and former bs partner did it together first year, second year the louse got it, and last year he did it. It just about broke even last year, so he's hoping for profir this year. I'll be bimbling around moving things. I did get invited to a medieval event but it would have been terribly tactless to go.0

Hi all
Having a good laugh at all the wedding plans!I've managed to escape ever being a bridesmaid or matron of honour too - being tall probably puts people off, after all what bride would want a 6 foot pink meringue competing with them for the limelight! :rotfl:
Sorry to hear you're ill Dragon, dose yourself up as much as you can and complain a lot so people make lots of fuss of you (like men do).
Vix - not sure what to suggest re your chum, but if he's worth keeping as a friend, he's worth the effort. I guess he means that you were chums for a long time, so you have history (a bond in other words). I know what you mean about realising it was love at first sight with Matt when you looked back - DH and I were the same when I think how well we got on together right from the start, there was definitely a spark.
Pet - great to see you, I hope things are looking up in your world, and you and Alphonse come back to us again. :j
I'm being distracted by Jerry Springer on Who do you think you are, so catch you all tomorrow - have a good day.

Evening all. Here is the chart. Congratulation (and big hugs) to dellybelly who is our SOTW (again!) with a loss of 5lbs - all the more impressive considering the difficult week she's had and she hasn't said 'stuff the diet' - a great achievement. Well done to missy for losing a good part of your holiday gain.
It's been quiet here (unless I have missed a fair few WI figures). There is one more week of the August challenge for those who are nearly there to cross over the line - THe Dragon, fitorbust, poohbear - nearly there!
PS I NEED to find my focus from somewhere - I can't stop eating everything in sight - it has to stop! Definite day 1 tomorrow....0 -
Victory - great news about the appeal :T

hi peeps back home now did you miss me?:D bet you did loads:rotfl: :rotfl: thanks for all the good wishes of the school appeal well happy off to get the uniform tomorrow:D
no strategy missy for no gain sts over 4 weeks hol just eat what I would do in UK take it with me in the suitcase all the cereals sugar free jellies crackers etc apart from the evening meals which were very fishy orientated as the fresh fish over there is so lovely so very nice and healthy that I ate that, never ate out apart from the last day for the paella came back home and OH had no food in the house so went and got some chips from the chippy but they were awful greasy and horrible so never bothered with them taste buds have changed that much that stuff like that does not bother me anymore hol or no hol do no yearn for greasy junk food, got offered a chinese but did not even want that just like what I ate very fresh healthy food it makes me feel better, much more energized and happy than laden the stomach with junk:rolleyes:0 -
