Ok I'm going to finally join in the chat and hopefully get motivated to lose the weight that has been creeping on over the last few years. Going to have to go and buy some scales tomorrow as I don't have any in the house that work. Any ideas on cheap scales that actually work? thinking of you delly. I have no real advice, but i am thinking of you and hoping your oh gets a reality check. For us it came when he said ' i might go to my mums tonight' and i tod him not to come back for four days. the time away made him really get his act together. and i'll probably sound really cold now, but the first thing i did once he'd gone was get on the computer and balance all my books so i knew what i'd have to do if he didn't come back. Once I knew I could deal with the practical stuff it gave me more clarity when talking about the emotional stuff.0
