    It's quite rich, so I would taste it on its own first, before deciding to put anything on it. (It is delicious with custard though. I am not sure whether I like it so much with cream, as it is already quite fatty).

    This is my absolute favourite bread and butter pud (apart from my own :D) I like to have it with some vanilla ice cream - yummy!
