Hope you can have chocolates instead of a dumb rose!

    I don't even like roses:p

    I don't mind white short stemmed tulips:D
  • Well the food looks lovely, but as I don't drink and I don't have anyone to give a rose to, I think I'll wait till Monday morning and go in and get the food items at 50% off, as per usual. You don't always get the full selection of course but you can get exactly what you want and lots of it for the usual £10, or in this case £20.

It's NOT a Red Rose OR Chocolates

It's a Bottle of WINE OR the "Dessert Collection" CHOCS !

The ROSE is COMPULSORY ! :rotfl:

  • The rose is not compulsary, you can have the dessert chocolate selection instead of wine and mint selection instead of the rose.

Do they reduce their stock left over after the offer finishes?

Well at the big Sandhurst in Berkshire branch they didn't. Everything was there with prices on - certainly not at what I would call "bargain" prices!
  • I think in our branch, they only reduce anything which is near its sell-by date. So if they have overstocked items for the weekend deal, they get reduced on Monday, same as everything else.

Got lucky with hot cross buns last week - 32 bags of 8 in the freezer now!
  • Does anyone know if it's back on this weekend (26th), since it's been couple of weeks???
If it's free and I can eat it, I'll have it!
