    Day 20
    Good news and bad news.

    Good:
    • I've received £4 for a survey
    • sorted a box of things & chatted to OH for approx values, will list tomorrow
    • weedkillered :o the front drive (I hate using chemicals, but surrendered)
    • Skyped OH for two hours :D
    Bad
    • buyer doesn't like his purchase and wants to return it :o
    • the 75 days have morphed into 82 days  and this is beyond our control.

Day 21 - that's three weeks, I've never lasted 3 weeks on a diet! 3 hours has stretched it sometimes :o

I asked Popeye how far I was walking, he said more than one mile *probably* less than two each way  I'll check when I get the car back. Physically I'm really quite tired, couldn't even potter in the garden last night despite the warm weather. But I'm sleeping well :D

I need to get back into doing surveys, I've let them slip, so that's my plan today. There have been no more sales on Amazon and my non-payer has not contacted me. I'll send them a reminder today. And I must start listing more stuff.

*Only* 8 lbs:D ....but I have an extra week in which to lose it
(that's for my challenge, but in total I should lose 4lb short of 4 stone!!!)

I'd look a lot better if I toned up though, even if muscle does weigh more than fat.

Seaxwyn it's 1.52 miles or 2.45 km
    Each way.
    So that's 3 miles a day

Shows how rubbish I am that it takes me 30-45 minutes :o
At 45 minutes to do 1.5 miles is around 2 miles an hour :o:o:o :rotfl:

Not rubbish - and you will get faster - stick with it! Is it a nice route? And can you vary the route for variety? Can you use the walking time to work on your writing? Plan it out in your head then write it down when you get home?
