Just had another email but come through to a different account (the one my DH sometimes uses) think he used it for this comp so looks like they have starting dishing out the 'unwon' prizes

Anyone else had one? Just checked with DH & it's the same email address for the Gourmet Meal kit we're still waiting for - it won't be for that will it?

impulse didn't bother replying to my last email, because they definitely couldnt deny giving out the vouchers and gift packs.. i can't believe they are being so stingy!

he is the chairman, those details are freely given out if u dial there uk h/o on number above , unfortunatley his secretary was in a meeting so i was given his email to complain directly xxxxx

I used this email address that toniq found out, and it was after that that his office at the actual Impulse brand sent me the Limited Edition Gift Box. It was only small though, about 5 inches long - big enough to hold 6 x miniature 35 ml Impulse sprays. Maybe this is the 'hamper of Impulse goodies' that toniq told sparky61 about as you could very loosely describe it as that.

The Lounge Room that were running the competition said they would pass the complaint on to Impulse themselves as well.

I think you need to contact this Dave Lewis chap rather than the promotions company running the comp to get any joy.

I emailed both Impulse & Dave, the replies are from Impulse so let's wait to see what happens.
