Well I'm not giving up, those 'wins' we won could have been any 1 of the decent prizes, they are trying to fob us off with the MP3 downloads & I think it's disgraceful!

The impulse team were clever to say 'we didn't give anyone a hamper of impulse' but they didn't deny giving out vouchers or giftpacks! any i'll let u know what they say to me this time....

I haven't decided if I should reply to that email yet, might give them til the end of the week to see if anything arrives then when I get back from London next week I'll be getting on at them.

Hi all, sorry you've not had any luck with the complaints yet, hope they eventually send something worthwhile.

I've just re-sent my eurostar cresta complaints, it's been 10 days and not heard a thing from them :rolleyes:
