I won a hamper on the 22nd july and i've not recieved it yet, should i ring and see whats happend or leave it a day or two?

I think it might be worth contacting Impulse, I think that's who sent the goodies to toniq, make a point of saying how shoddily the competition people have treated you and tried to fob you off.

Wish I'd had a 'losing' win I'd love to join in

It's Impulse telling us to contact the careline, I'm emailing them and not getting much joy! x

btw sparky61 i haven't forgotten, if i do get anything from them its yours... u def deserve to get something... i 'm just chasing this up cos they've have wound me up! hahaha..

I have asked why they're treating people with the same complaint differently and they just keep telling me they're not! AArrgggh!xx

yeah i have contacted impulse, on 3 previous occasions, and now i've just emailed them again, telling them my conversation with careline...
i soooo look forward towards their email :rolleyes:

That's very nice of you :A but I wouldn't let you do that


Keep fighting though, they owe you more than a download and a lot of very weak excuses.

I won a gourmet meal kit on the 20th and haven't recieved it yet either. They do say it could take 28 days though!

Also won something else near the end of the competition but didn't get the email confirmation, so don't know whats going on there..

hahah.. thx goodness for you and nellytheelephant otherwise i wouldn't have much strength right now...

p.s. my b/f won a gourmet kit ... but he hasn't recieved it yet, but maybe we should add that to the wins...
