We've received a 'holding' email about the win we had, but the emails never came through. In Impulse's defence, the woman I originally spoke to was very helpful. will update once I hear.

If the CEO sent the stuff to Toni there's always a chance that his PA sent it out so the comp organisers aren't aware of it.....saying that though. they should have sent the £5/gift packs to everyone.

OOOOOOH! My prize arrived - t'was the Fortnum's Hamper - will come in hany for my pop's xmas pressie. Shame the chocs have to be eaten before then. And he doesn't really drink. ;0)

I didn't reply to the email from before BUT have had another one now, this will be getting a reply :mad:

We would like to apologise again for the confusion involved with the winning email on the 15th July but we can confirm that you did win an MP3 track download, we seem to have a had a few emails last week regarding a customer getting a large hamper of Impulse in relation to a complaint and I confirm that this claim is false.

They really are taking the p*** now!! How do they explain the people who received a £5 voucher or the giftbox?
