Ive just recieved our families other surprise a gourment meal package :j won on the 26th
but my family won one on the 19th and this as not come ive emailed them to find out hats happening how long do they take ??? to get back to you ?

I think it just depends if they can be bothered replying to you or not lol, I sent 1 email and got a reply within 10 mins.. they didn't bother replying to the other email I sent them.

my b/f didn't get his meal kit either ;-(
the doorbell rang so i ran downstairs, the guy said ' i've come to read your gas meter'
he won his on the 18th, and my b/f did email them a few days ago but they said 'all prizes are sent out within 28 days'...
