  • Hi Weezl as you know i am already a big fan. Just wanted to wish you well on this new challenge, and i will be trying it along with you. Albeit on 55p each per day, so in theory i have slightly more to play with.

I am looking at the nutritional side for DD2, who is diabetic and has bowel probs..so everything needs to be catered for her..and i so enjoy a challenge myself.

Congrats on the deserved win..I hope you have a bit of fun with the winnings..

so will sit back and enjoy a good lurk, and be as ever, inspired by your ingenuity.

how are you planning to do this? have you got recipes in mind or are you going to play it by ear? what about the shopping...how do you do it? is it one big shop then lots of smaller or weekly shops or just pick up the reduced stuff when you see it? do you batch cook 1 recipe at a time?
