Go for it! Sure you will manage it OK.
There's bound to be some foraging still to be had along the way, I think lots of wild brambles for your vit C and antioxidants.
Still wish DH was as [STRIKE]adventurous[/STRIKE] tolerant as yours with his food. Mine pours loads of vinegar on salads, but wouldn't even eat the cucumber I pickled for him as he said it was 'past its best' :mad: .
Made my first yogurt last night, but he said he'd have the real one.
