    What x stitch are you working on? Im a nosey moo :p well im a x stitch addict too so i love to know what others are doing.. I have been sat on my behind all day working on my mums xmas pressie .... stops me going out spending in the shops too -well if i want it done for xmas -i don't have time to do extra shops too :j

    It was tesco's one, someone on another board said Asda do it too. Haven't tried that one - it was in a can though sorry no jars!
  • Thats fine for you but I can only prepare things in the shop and then I have to cook them later when I close or get one of DDS to look after shop for a while and it depends what sort of mood they are in:rolleyes: :rolleyes:

    Yay, another x stitch addict! I have mine in my desk drawer at work so I don't go into town and spend money at lunchtime :D

    I love to xstitch and every available free moment is spent very happily doing this. I just wish I had more time!!

    Mrs M. I am currently working on 4 projects, not to mention will start xmas cards as well. One pic is of flapper style lady retro 1920's, doing a tatty teddy kitchen pic, working on two different angels as well. One day I will get brave and start a theresa wenzel pic, just will make sure to have lots of little projects going at the same time!!

    I did a large spitfire for DH and now would love to find a large pattern for a Vulcan Bomber that does not cost the earth!

    , and then I have set myself the goal of x stitching things to take back to the UK with me next time i visit.. I want to try and do as much as i can for the local hospice who recently looked after my sister at home.... She only needed them for 10 days -but they were wonderful -so i want to make loads of things for them to sell at their fund raisers ;)
    I have loads of threads, but getting hold of small charts (i normally do biggies) is a pain in the bum... when i go to the big NAAFI im going to see if they have an mags...
    Is there something I can send you as a thankyou? are you growing your own veggies? if so what about some seeds to help cut costs??

    Mrs M. I have the pattern to the Spitfire (hubbys second fav plane the vulcan is the ultimate for DH )if you would like it? I can post it to you as I dont think it would email very good by the time I scanned it. If you are ever looking for certain small pics, please just let me know as I have stacks of them and always happy to share!
