Goodness me! Not only do I have to be frugal, batch cook and grow my own veg (and eat it), now I am expected to have a brain too!

I'm off to see the solicitor today, so will be back later. Have a great day, folks x

    Good luck!

Yet another case for Government intervention to restrict indiscriminate breeding of animals. I know quite a few people who are involved in Greyhound rescue. One of the UK's better known campaigners is Annette Crosbie, (more famous for being the wife of Victor Meldrew in TV series, 'One Foot in the Grave'), whom I've had the pleasure of working alongside in the past. She's an absolute ambassador for such campaigns. However, I have also witnessed the other side of things and need to say that not all greyhound racing people are the same. (No, I have never bred or raced greyhounds :)) With any 'sport' there will be casualties, it's the manner with which these are dealt that makes all the difference.

OK, going now, as animal welfare is something I feel very strongly about, so I'm best shutting up now. :o

Ha ha, loving the anagrams! Still waiting for Slowlyfading and Whowantstoberich...:rotfl:
I've had a lovely morning on the sofa smothered in cats forcing me to sit still - maybe there's your answer Sophiesmum?:D (you're going to be a tough nut to crack I can see:naughty: ). In fact, I've just sat back down and they've immediately all got back up here with me - Zacc (the big man)'s on my lap, Amber the kitten is nestled into Sol with mum Tilly curled up on the end; bless! [Note to self: must not get any more cats or there'll be no room for me!]
Off to town this afternoon so will have to content myself with MSE etc; they're FAR too cute to move anyway :smileyhea

Has anyone heard of a place called Binley Woods, near Coventry?

Nope, just looked it up though - it's not a wood if you were thinking of buying it ;) It's where Keeping Up Appearnaces was filmed apparently.
