Wired is my middle name :D Used to be a crazy active person til the body gave up on me - still fairly wired, although I'm working on it ;) I'm thinking you find it less hard to switch off than you think - at least, your body is more than willing to chill out after your swim/spa but I'm guessing your head is still telling you to do things? Ask yourself why. What would happen if you did just sit there tonight and not do anything else? Answers on a postcard or PM to...Body Aint Interested Let's Sleep, Barf, UK.

    Do I get a crumble, do I, do I? :j

    Thanks bails:o
Think i could do with some help too from you ..on how to be less organised, maybe Marru could give me a few tips in exchange for some crumbles;) ;)
I do find it really hard to swith off.

Oh, you wouldn't like to live in the chaos that I call my life. :o Sad thing is that if I work for someone else I am super organised but when I do stuff for myself it doesn't seem to matter and things get out of hands. I should start pretending that I am my own client perhaps that would help improve things. At least now I have Bails to keep me going. And tomorrow my cleaner is coming so I am going around the house like a whirlwind before she gets here to tidy things up, something that wouldn't get done othervise. :o

Did have NSD and NCD today. Managed two walks in between showers without getting soaked. From the 5 a day front I have had: apple juice, baked beans, banana and some fried mushrooms (left over from yesterday). Need to go and nick couple of DD's clementines before going to bed.

Talking about bed, better have an early night as still have loads left to do on my list and I have only two and half weeks to get everything done before DD is holidaying with me and then it is time for both of us to start in our new schools. Need to add on the list to reconcile my records for this challenge as after Thursday it is my half way point and I don't have a clue if I have kept in the target. I will find out on Friday and let you know.

    Nighty night,

    Marru

Bails, no wonder you're so good at this £4k challenge - you spend half your year sleeping, instead of spending... ;)

I'm gonna show my OH that, she will be able to write you a book, not just a postcard... She absolutely hates sitting still for longer than precisely 3 seconds!

Still, at least you'll get to wake up just in time to see all your fruit and veg when it's ready to eat - rather than watching it grow and waiting impatiently... I keep wanting to do something to make it all grow faster, so I can eat it sooner, but I know I can't... :)

Goodness me! Not only do I have to be frugal, batch cook and grow my own veg (and eat it), now I am expected to have a brain too!

I'm off to see the solicitor today, so will be back later. Have a great day, folks x
