Fantasising may be normal, but that is definitely not a normal fantasy!

. Like today I had to replace our shower cutain as it was looking rather unsavoury and no amount of cleaning will change the bottom half looking contagious.

Brighton Belle, have you tried soaking manky shower curtains in diluted bleach overnight? It's always worked for me.

    The 'frugal run' was great.:j

We spent £3.67 and the goodies we captured would have cost us £38.81:eek:

    The discounts were mad!

    10 fresh-baked pies=19p
    8 fresh-baked pasties(including chunkies cornish=19p
    6 fresh-baked sausage rolls=19p

    Tiger cobsx4 =9p
    bagettes also =9p

15" Ham and Pineapple pizza=35p (plus another pizza)

Activa yogurts, a great bug tub of mixed cooked meats...I think they were 55p

Bought some butter too but that wasn't on offer...drat!

Best of all was the Free Range, Organic chicken legs x3, 29p for 4:eek: =12 (we're making jerk chicken with it)

We have always got bargain at the end ot the night there, but these have been the best. We think it has something to do with which night you choose to go on. Wed. Thurs. and Fri. seems to have more people fighting for the goodies.:D

Well I'm off to up-date my spending diary. NSD today but Ill have to get dye for my nut tomorrow....even my DS commented on 'the white line' I have on my head! Kids can be sooooo cruel!

    Good bargains funbrum:j :j :j,
Re the energy - my second son was hyperactive and never slept more than 3 hours a night so I got used to having 3-4 hours sleep,I have been same ever since and he is 20 now. That means I have 20 hours a day for getting stuff done:D.

Have managed to get everything on my list done today and had a no spend day:D . In a while I will be making 8 dozen iced fairy cakes(using the cheap decorations) and 14 jars of lemon marmalade(mamade) for coffee morning with oldies tomorrow.
    Reduce,re-use, recycle.

I have in the past redg, and it hasn't worked very much. But I've just read on on 'getting mildew out of shower crtains' and am going to try it again. I'd love to return the curtain I bought.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once
