    Hey good going dfw844 :)

I'm weighing in at about the same as you I think, I'll edit this later when I find my 2nd quarter totals post in the old thread. "Fun" spends make up the most of my 4k lol, but I'm spending a lot less than I used to so I'm happy :D

You've knocked off £530 of debt this last month too, that definiely deserves a happy clappy emoticon or three! :T :T :T

edit: If it weren't for booze and holidays and such I'd be rolling in it! (Rolling in it and depressed lol!!!)

Thank you for the clapping! It hasn't really sunk in yet that the debt is really going down; it's amazing what I can do when I really put my mind to it (Note to self, put mind to doing some work, not reading MSE).

You seem to be doing well too, I love how you even include that breakfast figure (bacon bap on way to work perhaps?). If only we didn't have any friends and never went out I think we'd be on target!

Woohoo I'm off in less than 90 minutes :D Gonna be a messy messy weekend :D:D:D

I've had a lot of important work to get done this week, deadline was end of play tomorrow but I'm finishing early today to go to wakestock so that made things a little tougher!! I've finished now though, and really don't feel like starting on something new. I wonder if anyone'll notice if I have a nap under my desk? :rotfl: I've been doing some work from home in the evenings to make sure I got it all done, so it's not like I don't deserve a little relaxing time in the office lol! :rotfl:

If I take my phone with me I'll maybe send drunken updates form the wet and muddy rave lol :D Thanks mumzy, I'm sure we'll have a good time come rain or shine :)

You lot, behave in my absence ok :p

Now wouldn't that be a lovely outcome from what was nearly an awful situation? Mumzy, set em up! (or bake him a cake, I'm sure he'd like that, as long as you're careful with the oven :rotfl: ). You know I'm always leaving stuff on the hob after I've switched it off - no more!! The worst was when I left a plastic measuring jug and came back to find it half it's original height and melted over everything. Took ages to clean off.

hello all, now I have completed my super frugaliting spread sheet, I am el deparate for it to be the end of July so I can see how well it worked. Bouncing like a tigger at the anticipation (note to self, must get out more:o ).
Thanks for flagging up the 'don't worry if you don't hit target ' bails. This was helpful - I certainly don't think I will but... it's the attempting to that will reduce my out goings, as you say. Hopefully I will improve as time passes. Like today I had to replace our shower cutain as it was looking rather unsavoury and no amount of cleaning will change the bottom half looking contagious. (I have lodgers who I feel duty bound to keep a certain level of hygiene in the essential areas:rotfl: ) However, now I am on this challenge, I have realised that if I wash and keep the old one, when the bottom 3rd of this one goes manky, I shall cut of the mank bits and sow the 2 good bits together to make a third new one:j . Also I am going to try and use up absolutely everything in the freezers before restocking.

Marru - obviously the 'peach crumble' has history...
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

BB: I have a fondness towards any crumble and that has been noticed on this thread. Also I tend to forget to eat before coming to read the posts and Sophiesmum's posts make my tummy rumble big time (and I am drooling worse than a labrador). Also I tried to highjack Janey's husband after she told us about his crumble making (that they were divine) but she wouldn't have any of it so I came up with an idea that my future husband - here called as "Irish Vet" - need to have crumble making abilities. (Irish because I love everything Irish and Vet because I need someone to match with my animal madness.)
