    Big news in Frugal Land
Are you ready for this fellow frugallers.............:j
Two of our gang are about to meet in person
Yes....Janey and Nyk have agreed a meeting place tomorrow :j Face to Face  And we may be starting a little project which of course will make us rich. We will, of course, maintain our connections with the challenge but may have to adjust the rules a teensy weeny bit to accomodate our wealth.
    Howabout....the "Live on £4000 a day" challenge?
I promise to report back if our glorious leader is truly as frugal as she claims or if she really lives in a 25 roomed palatial mansion maintained at a constant temperature of 25C :rotfl:
However, just in case, I will be taking lots of fleeces, a flask of hot coffee and chocolate supplies.
This is always a wise move in Scotland no matter what the date says on the calendar :D

    EXCELLENT!!! :T

This is two people that have given the best laughs on the thread so the question remains, which one of you is taking the minutes?

    HELP!

My almost four year old is bombarding me with questions that are getting more and more difficult to answer. Just now she is watching Ballamore and noticed that Archie has a willy and is a boy but he is waring a skirt - why? I am in fits of giggle here. How can I answer that?

Cool! Now I'm REALLY intrigued as to what the moneymaking 'riches beyond our wildest dreams' scheme is! :D If it takes off, don't forget I've always wanted to live in Scotland...

Marru I have been promised loads of free food and alcohol so I will have my hands full and be unable to hold a pen so I think it could be Nyk.

bails I have 3 spare bedrooms.

The above must be a prior engagement or else en route, as all this frugal household has is a cheap digestive and some savers coffee. :rotfl: But I could make an exception and have the butler and the maid work the holiday weekend if you'd like a formal reception and silver service with that? Must go lie down to recover from aching sides... palatial! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Marru, do you get a different version of Balamory? :D Tell DD that Archie must be wearing a kilt then you can explain 'why' we have national dress, so people can guess what country we have dome from in the first place :D
I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

I haven't been around for awhile as I've had my wisdom teeth out at the hospital :( and I'm staying at my parents to be looked after :D
I'm still updating my sig even though I've blown it :o
I had an impulse buy the other day :o and brought a new tent :j from Asda reduced to £24.99.
My girls and I decided that next year instead of having a "Sun" holiday we'll go camping instead, we'll probably spend around the same anyway.

Thanks Nyk - I think she has accepted it now. I did say that it was a kilt but for her it doesn't really say much. Now she highjacked tv again as I came to the computer...

That's not what I was told earlier in a PM ;)
