Not only have the points gone down but the amount you need to redeem your reward has gone up! I remember when it was 500 points = £5 hmv e voucher - now its 550 points

I've just checked and my points from yesterday and OH from today and both have gone on instantly, so may be a blip on somes accounts.

I've also noticed in the past week that we've started to get back the 110 and 160 point surveys filtering through. Least it means that we won't be stuck with the 50 and 80 pointers alone.

Can't fault them on their speed of delivering rewards, particularly Amazon vouchers. Blink and they're there!

Has anyone had problems with Pureprofile?

I redeemed £50 from them & i still haven't recieved it 6wks later. I've sent them 2 messages now but they aren't replying :rolleyes:

Had £20 in an old Ciao account & redeemed that but didn't receive that either. Emails to them are also being ignored.

Daisy when did you redeem the ciao one?
They only do a payment run once a month so if you redeemed on or after 1stFeb you wont get it until the middle of March - same goes for both surveys and review sites.

Pureprofile can take an age to payout, dont know how often they do a run but I seem to wait on average 6 or 7 weeks everytime I request it, annoying but I trust them to get there in the end.

Don't normally have a problem with consumerpulse but I ordered Amazon vouchers (for the first time) and recieved only one instead of the two expected. It makes no mention of it to follow on the invoice so I sent off an email at the w/e but have not heard anything back and have also been phoning to no avail.

So worrying to hear about all these sites not paying up! I also was reading on the Survey police that Global Test Market are another group to worry about, a few people say they refuse payment when you try to claim saying that they believe you have duplicate accounts or something, Am seriously hopeing that this is only one or two people and got sorted!

In regards to the sites that don't pay up, I don't know if it will work with all of them, but when I began emailing toluna daily and moaning about not being paid or replied to, they paid up within a week. Personally this is what I will be doing when the other sites refuse to pay me.

Global Test Market have paid me and a relative within the past couple of months. With the exchange rate low at present, my cheque was for much more than expected..
