Just logged in without any problem although I am still not receiving survey invites. Been told that there was a problem with my account and it was no longer active - gave Lauren the info requested but still no points surveys. Strange that I can access the website & have the mini polls there & my points balance showing! Pity the balance is too low to cash in.
Always found Lightspeed good in the past and balance used to build up quickly. I will have to try another e-mail to Lauren but always takes a time to get a reply.
Just managed to complete the register form OK. There’s obviously a technical hitch at the moment.

I know this is probably in the wrong bit and if it is then I'm very sorry for it and will request it be deleted, however - is anyone else having problems logging into Lightspeed? I keep getting Error 404 whatever that means..?! :rolleyes:

Me too - on and off through the day today. Think they have a problem their end, I'd leave it a day or so and hope for the best!

Had a quick reply from Lauren this time & account now reactivated. I had accessed Lightspeed a few months ago when I was staying in France & have been told this caused the problem. Also that you can have the same problem if you access from public computers eg in library or internet cafe or even a work computer even if they are in the UK. So be warned.
Now just waiting for a few surveys to top up my existing points.0 -

Wow- this must be a new thing! I only got my home computer 2 years ago but have been with lightspeed for about 5 or 6 years (2002) never had any problems with logging on and I used to only ever use a wide variety of different internet cafes! thanks for the heads up on that.0 -

In the past points have always gone on immediately, today and yesterday I noticed the points arent going on straight away.

Yeah its true............!!!!!!!!!!!! Lightspeed has become troublesome recently....Points per survey has gone down....and on top of that they are not added stright away......???????
And customer service is *******.....no use at all...

I've just completed a survey & points added immediately.
This is the first survey I have had for months because my account was deactivated as I had accessed Lightspeed from France a while ago. Apparently this can cause problems but after a couple of e-mails to Lauren everything has been sorted out.0
