Have been doing the GfK survey for around 3 years, this month I've not had any daily email reminders and can't log in, when I email to query if there's a problem I get told that I'm no longer required  what a waste of time.
I emailed to let them know what I think of them, how rude of them :(
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time
  • Is anyone else having problems with MySurvey? For several weeks now I can't log in (I get a screen saying "Session lost") and if I follow a survey link from an email I get an error message.

No problems, just did a survey with them a couple of days ago.

No problems here either. Have you changed privacy/security settings on your browser or installed any add ons or blocking cookies etc?

If not fire off an email to them, make sure your account hasn't been made inactive (I've not known it to happen on MySurvey but does sometimes happen on other survey sites)

I had problems yesterday, it turned out that my partner had been fiddling around with the security settings in my router.
It may be that your security is set too high and is blocking the cookies you need to do the surveys - I couldn't even log into any survey sites

Which survey companies are the good ones that actually pay cash? :)

    Thanks!!
My favourites at the moment (it varies as some which were good no longer have so many surveys) are:

IPSOS (easily the best, rarely screened out and quick payment)
    Valued Opinions
    My Survey
Pinecone (you need to wait for them to be recruiting)
Harris Poll (not as many surveys as there used to be though)
Rewarded Opinions (I make at least £30 a year from this)
Populus (these pay really well but you need £50 to cash out, I'm almost there)
Crowdology (not many surveys but cashout at £4 via Paypal)

The best way I have found is to belong to many panels, that way I usually get at least one payout a month, cashout levels range from £2.50-£50 :)

I haven't been having problems logging in, or accessing a survey, but I've been having difficulty finishing them. I've taken two - very lengthy - surveys over the last few days, only to be shown an error message after about 30 minutes' work. When I sent an email enquiring about the first one, I simply received their standard 'we can't tell why things go wrong' reply. It is SO frustrating!

I had one very long one that gave an error right at the end. It will be checked out, despite the standard reply (my reply made mention of it being passed onto their technical team to investigate), so if a technical issue is found you may still be credited.

    Just a question:

OnePoll, (I'm thinking of leaving!) It has taken me the best part of 3 years to get to £36, it started off fairly well but has gotten so much slower as time has gone on and on my maths at the going rate I am looking at another 2 years to reach the £4 needed to cash out. That's if it doesn't slow any more then it is. (£2 so far since last year, whoo!)

Is this as slow for anyone else? Has anyone else noticed the painfully slow process getting even slower and even more frustrating as surveys always seem to cancel me out (I check twice a day every week day, I ususally get around 5 surveys per day, most I seem to be screened out of, the rest are all "prize" draws...year right, as if anyone actually wins those things!)

Anyone have any tips? I already check twice a day and have referred everyone I could think to refer!

Thanks, and I hope you're right - I'll keep an eye on my points balance.
