I still haven't had my bonus 9,000 points from the Synovate/Global Opinions 3-day food diary. I was finally able to complete it about 1am last Wednesday morning, so by my reckoning that's a bit more than the 72 hours they state it might take!

I wondered whether anyone else has had this problem?

:j After sending tons of emails, I've finally received the 600 points from Lightspeed for completing a survey on alcoholic drinks that I took on 8th September! And just a whisker before the merge day too. That helps my Xmas present fund. :j

For some reason I have stopped receiving Lightspeed surveys. I haven't received any - nor my daughter - for 6 months, whereas before I was getting at least one a week. I can still log in, so there's not a problem there. Is anyone else receiving surveys from them?

Oh and another query. I belong to Crowdology (CINT) and also New Vista and today I received an e-mail to say that New Vista have entered into partnership with CINT and I'm to give my consent to receiving CINT surveys as well as New Vista ones, but as I already belong to CINT I'm not sure what to do. Has anyone else received this e-mail please?

I belong to both of them too, but haven't had that email. I'll let you know if I get it.

After finally completing the food diary oh so many weeks ago, and after sending loads of increasingly cross emails to Global Opinions, I at last got a response a couple of days ago, apologizing and saying they would add the bonus points 'soon'. Anyone got an official definition of 'soon'?!

I got mine just before the merger too! I was beginning to think I'd never see the money...

i have done really well over the last 4 months on a few survey sites i manged to get £110 in amazon vouchers mostley from toulna with i did £60 and i bought my wife the kindle from her christmas present

Hi littlewren, I got the 'merge' email just now. As I'm only 8p away from earning some PayPal with Crowdology I'm going to hold off for a while in the hopes of sorting that out first. New Vista are apparently doing this as a way of providing their customers with more surveys, which is a good idea, but it will still take some time to get to their payout of £50. The Crowdology payout is £4, which is a lot more accessible! So I'm going to adopt a 'wait and see' attitude for a few days at least.
