I got mine just before the merger too! I was beginning to think I'd never see the money...

    Hi clemmatis,

with your Lightspeed points coming through just before the merge, did you put your request for payment in? And has it come through yet? I requested payment on 19th November, and in the past Lightspeed would have paid up by now. Am I just being too impatient? :(

I am back at the 8p-ish wait now! It took YEARS to get to £20, guess I am just not the sort of profile they want to interview a lot (or most!) of the time! Same goes with all survey sites I find (poor, broke, no savings, rent don't own and although I have a degree, its not needed for any work, Shame the £17K student debt doesn't work the same way...)

    Hi jenniewb,

I don't think I exactly fit their perfect profile either (middle-aged, no children, very boring old mobile phone!), but I plug away at loads of sites in the hope that one day my very small ship will come in. :)

SpringBoard has paid the £30 into my paypal. Took the 6 weeks. But it has arrived so I am happy. A good sign for a new survey site.

Check your amount, was it the full £30.

I was charged a £1.22 fee by paypal as springboarduk paid me as though i was a person selling them an item, the details of payment even include a label to print off to send them an item.

I'm whipping an email off to them right now to tell them the situation, but it would help greatly if i knew others were also getting the same.

I didn't have any fee, I got the exact £30. The amount comes from Visioncritical which is the Marketing company's real name, the Email address is on your Paypal details.

Hope you can sort it out, let us know how you get on.

Thanks davester, glad to know you didn't get the same problem. :)

I've sent them a highly critical email(no joking about/no pulling punches) detailing the exact problem and how it is highly inappropriate to make such a mistake in the first place, and that making such an error shows extremely poor management of how their payment system is managed.

If they had an instant payment system(like opinion world) then there wouldn't be any issue.

Are you still doing this please? If so I would also like a referal to Pinecone. Thanks Eila.
Are we/is anyone still doing what?

Sorry but Pinecone don't allow us to mention them on here- I did edit my first post to say this as others said they visit just the first and the last post and don't read anything else. (Its been mentioned...a few times....) I would look out for banners, if a link is on offer someone will post it here but afaik no one has posted a link for a long time on here as they don't seem to be recruiting at the moment.

Talking of Zoom Panel, I've just earned enough to claim my $50 gift certificate (works out around £30) only to find the company globogift.com are closing their site. It says you can redeem any valid vouchers but as I haven't claimed it yet I don't think that's a good idea. I may hold onto my points for the moment in the hope that Zoom Panel changes it to something else, eg Amazon or Paypal. Won't hold my breath though not-tagged-smiley-10318.gif

Just had an email from Zoom about this.
Thank you for taking the time to contact ZoomRewards Customer Care.

The Globogift website is no longer selling Globogift Certificates. They are sill honoring Globogift Certificates received through rewards program like ours.

Please contact us if you have any questions or need any further assistance.
I'm still not going to chance it though, why would anyone willingly try to "cash in" with a company that's not selling that product anymore?

The global certificate thing seems to be working fine. I got my e-code when I cahsed in (took a few weeks and I did have to hassel them to email me the code) but it transfered to the amazon voucher fine. It doesn't show on the site -it looks as if its only for Debenhams, but actually there are loads of vouchers you can exchange it for. Amazon, Topshop/Arcadia, etc, its worth taking a look as the voucher to me looks alot more useful then a metal coated biro!
