Well that's strange, I went into both my accounts when I saw your post earlier this morning and both accounts looked normal but just had another look and Lightspeed is now going to the MySurvey rewards page same as you. No Paypal option, hopefully they will add that.

I wonder how the points conversion will work out, fingers crossed we don't get done over although it wouldn't surprise me at all if we lose out, time will tell.

And this evening its directing to the lightspeed rewards page.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

im the same, took forever and a day, and only got 1800 at the mo. i emailed them asking when it would be added as at the end it says 'your points have been added' when they havent. the response i had was that they need to look further into it. very poor....

I got the balance of my points tonight:T

After countless attempts, and loads of emails saying they would be making further enquiries, I was at last able to log into the Synovate/Global Opinions food diary tonight to complete it. After all the effort I'd already put in I didn't want to give up! No sign of the extra 9,000 points yet, but mjm3346's post above gives me hope that they will come eventually. Fingers crossed. And eyes ever so slightly crossed from all those questions!

It's a relief to get it over with, it took 3 working days after completion of the last one to get the points which I suppose is not too bad.

Hi, Just wondering which survey websites people have received prize draw winnings from? I have received $50 from planetpanel, £10 from theoriginpanel and constantly win from prize draws with gfk.

I do lots of surveys with toluna and global test market but have never won from any of their prize draws. Be nice to hear where people are winning actual money/vouchers from as screening out can get frustrating and we want to know which survey sites you can trust :)

Hi, luckylouise08, a belated reply. The survey sites I like are:
Crowdology - pay pennies, between about 30p and if you're lucky, up to £2.50. PayPal payout at £4 (PP take 2% handling fee). I got to my first payout quite quickly and am working toward the second.
Lightspeed - I've had quite a few payouts from them, only small amounts, but you can get £3 PayPal for 345 points, or vouchers for Amazon, Boots, Sainsburys for more.
Surveyhead (US version) - I get about one survey a day for 47p (75 cents), but sometimes one comes along at up to £1.90. You can claim PayPal once you've reached $25 - you get the sterling equivalent. I've had one payout - it took weeks and weeks to arrive, but got here in the end - have just requested another, and am on my way to the next.
Valued Opinions - surveys pay between 50p and £2 or thereabouts, and you can claim when you've reached £10 - Boots, Tesco, Amazon. Again, I've had a few vouchers and am halfway to the next.

It's all small amounts, and I tend to claim as soon as I reach the payout level, but hey, it all helps.

I'd love to know what you think of planet panel, the origin panel and gfk - I'm always looking for new sites.

    Hope this helps. :)

Its on the first page if you go to Lightspeed- they say "Lightspeed is merging to MySurvey" complete with Mysurvey logo and everything.

Have emailed Lightspeed as theres no way I am letting £30 of vouchers vanish into thin air!!
I've just had this email. So I went straight to Lightspeed and ordered my £20 paypal. I was going to wait until I got more points but I'd rather get it while I can. It's just like when the good Ciao merged with the bad Ciao.

And Toluna ~ can't remember who they merged with now??

    Ciao merged with toluna.

The email I got said that no voucher value would be lost. The merge will happen around the 22nd November and that "Emma" and "Lauren" would be working together.

You do begin to wonder when they are going to actually admit that neither exist and formally name themselves questions, email then becoming questions@.....com!

  • I've not checked other products but I do know that a £5 amazon voucher costs 550 points from lightspeed but 700 from mysurvey. I'm off to cash in my lightspeed point now before they decrease in value!!
