I've been with Lightspeed a couple of months now and have earnt £14 Paypal vouchers. Can't be bad!

Not so impressed with Valued Opinion - get loads of questions only not to qualify - waste of time

I've checked my calendar and I get 1 x £15 voucher every four weeks from Toluna. This is from filling in their normal 2000 etc point surveys and doing every 15, 45, 60 point survey. I reckon I spend about 20 mins per day doing all those small surveys but they do mount up.Before I started doing the small surveys I got a voucher every three months, so they do make a difference. My wife is also a member and does them too so we have £30 free shopping at Iceland every month. I suppose someone is going to say the work involved outweighs the financial reward but so what, it fills in time.

I have just reached Payout on Springboard and requested the £30 Paypal. They say it will take 2-3 weeks. Will keep you uptodate when and if it arrives.

I got to redeem my first £15 Amazon voucher the other day but everyone has said it will take weeks to come, even though it should just take one e mail. Do you find this or, being as you are getting roughly one a month, is it still worth it...as I was wondering about still bothering.

well you get 1 a month, yes it does take 2-3 months to get the email or via post, but once you are getting 1 a month they seem to arrive 1 a month. Vouchers last at least 1 yr so can save up or just leave points in your account for a few months then redeem 3 at a time.

Maybe I'll stick with it then. No doubt my joy when my first voucher comes will be explosive. ;)

That was the exact reason I left- I just didn't have the time anymore! I was getting about £30 a year with Toluna for Amazon and they just took soooo long to arrive yet I'd do every survey they sent me, most of which seemed to take all my details then screen me out 15 minutes later.

Tedious and no fun. I want to help companies yes, I like to give my feedback and hope I am exhibiting some form of consumer power without the need of £££ to buy things yes, but I am not a going be treated like a door mat by Toluna. They seem disrespectful to me.

Could just be my experience but they just take my results and don't pay up the small amount of points promised. I was sick and tierd of chasing them and it was of no suprize when they joined forces with Ciao, just two of the worst survey companies I have experienced! I would never advise Toluna to anyone as they are just too frustrating to deal with but I guess they must work for some people, just not me!

Has anyone had a problem recently with Global Opinions/Synovate? It was a food diary survey, where I initially had to fill in a questionnaire about my preferences and where I choose to shop. Then I had to record everything I ate and drank over a three day period and fill out looong and extensive questionnaires about it all. When the link came for the final day I was unable to access it, allegedly because of a problem with my link/password. After a frustrating couple of days, they've finally just replied, saying the usual 'sorry for the technical error and thank you for your time and patience'.

Sorry for the ramble, but I wanted to check whether it was just a problem with my account or whether other people had had a similar problem.

    :(
:A A million thanks to everyone who posts :A

I wish I hadn't started that one, it just went on and on and on.
The final one that the bonus was meant to be paid for stopped part way through and came up with an error message. Tried a few times, exchanged e-mails with them and got nowhere, gave it another go at the end of last week and it let me finish, I emailed them to let them know and got back " We need to do additional research on your inquiry".

Still not got the points though and it is well past 72 hours now. (just thought about it and that does include the weekend so I suppose tomorrow would be 3 working days)

I think I might drop them, I only get 1 or 2 lots of £5 a year from them anyway.
