I found their site very confusing and although I had $50 the exchange rate meant that I lost out because they "rounded down" the amount. I got an Amazon voucher for £25 (I think, it was about 2 years ago now).
But now you can't even spend them in Debenhams- the people who supply the vouchers are no longer in business- I wou;dn't want to order and take my chances.
There are now only random stupid tacky things like biros and spanner sets to exchange the points with now.
I emailed and got an automated reply saying basicly "sorry for the trouble you have had, here have 50 points". Did not answer my question. I wonder if we all submitted the same question (request for paypal, amazon or other vouchers) we maybe might get somewhere but until they do anything theres no way I'm taking any more surveys from them!0 -
I have 1800 points and when I get to 2000 I am going to get either the micro sd card or a bag and then close my account as it has taken soooooooooo long to get to this total and I can't remember when I last had a survey from them!No buying toiletries challenge - possibly for most of 2011,2012,2013,2014,2015!
£1 in sealed pot for each UU (2011 135/500:D) 2012 have UU 130/400 (never realised I had a mini chemist under my bed!!!) :rotfl:2013 UU 156/350. 2014 UU 197/250 2015 UU 16/100

Which company was this, Zoom panel?
Did they say why they closed the account at all? That worries me and I feel bad for you also, wondering why they closed your account.0 -

Over several years, I have found Shop and Scan (£1.10 a week) to be excellent except that more and more I am finding I cannot submit my bar codes. It is getting very frustrating. I am always able to submit my till receipts (50p a week).
Consumer Pulse is the most surprising, it asks about shopping other than groceries and pays 50p a week even if you have nothing to report - how many people cheat by inventing shopping, I wonder (not me, I hasten to add).
New Vista is very good though a lot of the time I get rejected after several minutes of entering data. However, I am well on my way to my sixth £50 cheque. My main complaint is that according to my history, they have added up my score wrongly and I am about £12 short but complain as I do, they won't agree! Still £300 is pretty good.
I dumped Valued Opinions some weeks ago because they were rejecting me too often, I would guess on age.
Opiniom (I think I've got that right) has so far paid me £25 and Harris is yet to pay me, not having got to the first pay point. I'll believe that one when I see some cash.0 -

I quite like Harris, they don't send loads of surveys but I was paid in June, amazon gift certicates/codes were sent within a few days :T0 -

Exactly what I thought- Survey Police everything since I posted this! Its a huge help even though its US based.
Joined a few as a result too which don't seem to pay well so am a bit wary that the posative comments may be a different experience if your from the UK as survey companies may not require UK results.0 -

Yeah it took me years to also get to the £50 Harris need for you to cash out. Still, they do send cheques and seem to be genuine, even if you do have to wait for years!0 -
Joined Lightspeed panel yesterday and just got my first 80 points...265 more to go to get my first £3 paypal deposit! Hmmm
Suppose it all adds up!!
