are these survey sites worth it?(merged)

I think I might drop them, I only get 1 or 2 lots of £5 a year from them anyway.

Sorry you've had problems too - I only joined them recently, so it's good to have someone else's feedback. I'll keep an eye on my survey link and see if it works later on. I also wonder whether we'll get the points we were promised for the initial diaries. It was a heck of a lot of work for a tiny percentage of a fiver! Oh well, I suppose any survey site gives its own learning curve. Thanks again for replying.

I have been doing the 3 day food thing. OMG there are like 75 options to wade through! In the end I just scrolled down and selected them all as 'no' aside from one which was yes. I eat the same thing every day and 2 meals at the same per day so was pretty tedious. I wonder if saying I only ate once per day would be a better option as I don't feel my answers are of any use when they treat me like this!

I also had multiple error messages, kept refreshing over and over, got there in the end but not before sending a very irritated message which by the sound of it I will need to repeat tomorrow when I do the whole thing all over again!

I am not happy at all with Synovate, the points I have gathered are so rubbish that I just want to leave!

My first day's survey came after a day of not much appetite, although I drank copious glasses of water. As I'm sure you can imagine, filling out millions of questions about a plain glass of filtered water soon lost its appeal! I received a shower/body wash to trial for them today, so I reckon I'll do that and then call it quits.

Bit of a thumbs down all round, it seems.

With snacks I had 5 "meals" on the first day, it was so repetitive, never again. So far I have 1800 points for this, still at least the bonus 9,000 to go (the wording for the rest was receive up to 900 points for each).

Aggghhh! Can now see what everyone is getting at!

I have a mysurvey account and a lightspeed account. I know how many points are in each as I keep a log of them.

I went onto lightspeed to see what my points would get and it transfered me to the mysurvey site and ---they had NOT combined the points! Just the mysurvey points where there, no sign of the lightspeed points which I have emailed them about. I am hoping its a glitch as the merge is quite new but OMG this worries me! Thats my January sales money there and there wasn't alot of it to begin with without having more chopped off!

im the same, took forever and a day, and only got 1800 at the mo. i emailed them asking when it would be added as at the end it says 'your points have been added' when they havent. the response i had was that they need to look further into it. very poor....

Are they merging? Hadn't heard about that.

I've just checked both my accounts and points are showing as normal. Maybe, as you say, it was just a glitch.

Its on the first page if you go to Lightspeed- they say "Lightspeed is merging to MySurvey" complete with Mysurvey logo and everything.

Have emailed Lightspeed as theres no way I am letting £30 of vouchers vanish into thin air!!

Well that's strange, I went into both my accounts when I saw your post earlier this morning and both accounts looked normal but just had another look and Lightspeed is now going to the MySurvey rewards page same as you. No Paypal option, hopefully they will add that.

I wonder how the points conversion will work out, fingers crossed we don't get done over although it wouldn't surprise me at all if we lose out, time will tell.

Hi, Just wondering which survey websites people have received prize draw winnings from? I have received $50 from planetpanel, £10 from theoriginpanel and constantly win from prize draws with gfk.

I do lots of surveys with toluna and global test market but have never won from any of their prize draws. Be nice to hear where people are winning actual money/vouchers from as screening out can get frustrating and we want to know which survey sites you can trust
