Pigpen - This sounds so familiar :rotfl: The whole house is usually a mess, but we all have clean clothes
. If you're anything like me though it's because if you go one day without doing washing you've had it!! Honestly my wm is on constantly, it's beyond a joke, I have no idea where it all comes from
face filled and now getting grublets off to their nests.. then I am off for that long needed shower and skiving off to the public hovel.. need to touch up my paint job first I singed it off in the oven.
Best go hang out some more laundry... it is all I ever manage to have time for.. no wonder the rest of the house is such a pit!Started comping 29/10/2010

Thanks prettypennies, just been reading through some stuff, I'm now feeling a littlle ill myself. Germish yes, very, which is why I was pleased a parent mentioned it at school so I could keep an eye open for them. Just aswell we've just blitzed their rooms making vacuuming much easier, will strip the beds tomorrow and I'm doing mine tonight because he's been in and out of there today watching DVDs nekid! Getting DS1s nails cut and keeping clothes on him is the biggest challenge! As I clean them when they have 'been' because they can't do it themselves I've caught them early I think, I hope. The stuff I have read says to treat again in 2 weeks.
ARGH!!!!!
Right, ok, tomorrows first mission, pharmacy! It says no need to keep them off school but they've been told they are staying off. I have not been brave enough yet to tell DS1 why as he gets VERY paranoid about these things.
The Pripsen one gives you the second dose in pack so is better value than the Ovex. It can sometimes cause mild belly ache after treatment. I think it takes a day or two to work.
My DS used to hate having his nails cut so I used to wait til he fell asleep and then pounce!!
Some people advise wearing gloves to bed to prevent re-infection (to stop little hands sratching then being put in mouths. But the thought of wearing gloves to bed is just too wierd!!Twins, twice the laughs, twice the fun, twice the mess!:j:j0 -
Aw what a lovely thing for your boyfriend to do for you. I know its easier said than done, but if you can keep the daily maintenance up you'll have it nailed. This thread will definitely help motivate you. Good luck :TGreenManG0 wrote: »This is going to be my first enry into this weeks thread, im new to OS so hope it goes okay!
Have only been living away from home for 1 year now and it is hard work. After my boyfriend coming down to clean the whole flat for me this weekend, it is in a state where I can maintain it now, so im hoping this thread can help me stick to it!
Dont want to live in a dump again, think I will have one unhappy boyfriend!Started comping 29/10/2010

I'm in too - my house hasn't been so tidy for ages since I joined you on here.
It's not just the cleaning, it's the enforced clearing out/getting rid of stuff that helps - I am still at the stage where I take almost the entire list as gospel. Pigpen could tell me to do anything really.

Aw bless her, you'll be so proud and she'll be beaming at you
Make the most of it now, in a couple of years she'll be "too cool" and wont want mummy taking pics/videos etc lol. I love watching the kids shows/assemblies etc, they are so enthusiastic at that age eh?

Friday is DD1's school assembly... she has two lines to say (she's only 4 bless) and has to dress like a nurse! its the hungry caterpillar and she tells him off for eating too much or something!
So anyway... ramble over... I have no excuses this week!
