lil_me Hope you enjoyed the cake.
Cookie it is rewarding to see how much good it does. We have mega probs at the moment with her self harming and very challenging behaviours. It doesnt help having a unsupportive manager who encourages the behaviour.
Tinselfairy How are you getting on with the bike?
Tia Big hugs for you and hope the day goes better.
Michelle Love the photos they are gorgeous.
Vanilla. Glad you have managed to get your phone back. Not many are returned once lost.0 -
Wooohoo I am at the end of the thread.
Hugs to you tia, hope you tire them out. I took A & W swimming after school yesterday. we had a great time, they were knackered and in bed before 7.30, result!
Michelle I read about your visit to the bank and was sat here chuckling and nodding to myself, sounds very much like the norm in our branchwhatever the form is that they need you to sign they should be able to put it on the post for you with a return envelope
If they won't it can't be that important, not worth making a special trip for. PM me if I can help.
Lunch and the tennis here, along with laundry sorting.Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0 -
Hi
I abandoned all flying yesterday afternoon to go and sit in the garden and then it rained:rolleyes: so now i am playing catch up. I did my monthly shop yesterday:eek: i knew there was a reason i usually do it online. It was a good job my sister was with me because i needed 2 trollys. I also can't use my boot as it's broken and i'm still waiting for the part to come in, so you should have seen it all piled up in the back of the car.

Grrr, so annoyed at Scottish Power, just phoned them and they are charging me £50 to change my meter to a normal one. Plus i just checked my bill as they told me the tariff they made me take has a standing charge of 26p a day. Over the 5 years i've lived here it has cost me over £600:mad: For nothing as i dont even use my heating. Not once! The £50 will be repaid pretty quick though with the money i save from not being on that tariff. As soon as my meter is changed i shall be !!!!!!ing off to another supplier. Sainsburys looks pretty good:DThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

I sat down around 1.15pm to do some studying... I've "read" 7 pages which included pretty tables and graphs but could I tell you what it was about? Can I recall anything on the pages? Not really. I can't keep procrasting otherwise I'll fail my course. Soooo pee, drink (but not the pee
), put some music on quietly for back ground noise and I'll try again. I NEED to get this done today!!!!:mad::mad:

I know it's my own fault, but still!! The kids got up at 7amish and sneaked downstairs. I didn't put the new baby gate on the kitchen door and when I heard them, well DS1 playing in his room, DS2 had the hot tap running in the kitchen (long enough that the kitchen was warm and steamy), the jar of instant coffee opened, the tea pot full of water and coffee and tea bags, the pasty brush was being used to paint the kitchen with instant coffee!!!!
This living room and kitchen was SPOTLESS when I went to bed and now it's covered in gooey coffee! DS2 is evil! ARGH!!! Then he did a poo in the bedroom... I sat him on the loo told him NOT to move while I collected said poo and he moved and now there is poo and coffee all over the toilet seat, the bath is minging cos I had to bath him and I have had ENOUGH!
Ans this is after my massive blow out last night with DH and them for being PITA's and wrecking their room yet again!
Sod my list, if THEY want to live in a hovel then they can bloody well live in a hovel on their own!

tiamai_d I so sorry for laughing but oh does that bring back some memories of my 17, 15 and 13 yos.
In years to come you will laugh over this, and, they'll love too hear about it to. Only last Sunday I was sitting with my 3 oldest ones when one asked which one of us did the worst thing when we were little. I really didn't know where to start as they all got up to so much.
It'll soon be bed time0
