It was W's swimming lesson after school and we got into a traffic queue on the way. Told him to get changed while we were stood in the queue (which he thought was great fun!) Just as we arrived at the pool he said 'I'll get wet' :rotfl: to which I said 'run fast then'!!!!!! Instead they scooted in and I got soaked running from where I parked the car lol
Dinner cooking now, then A and I need to whip up a batch of flapjacks to take into work tomorrow. She is so excited to be coming in with me, school is closed for the by election. W is going to MIL to 'look after Nannie & Grandad'Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0 -

Right, I'm going to turn my computer off and see how much I can get done before I go to bed. I've sent the kids to bed early as they were both awake early this morning so I've got no excuses.NST #10 Steps 7K 2/30 10K 2/12 5 a day 3/30 NSD 0/20

Evening everyone.
Michelle- your little boys are gorgeous, lovely photos.
tia- hope your day got better after that start!
boddy and cookie- the bike riding was hilarious. It took me ages to get the confidence to put both feet on the pedals! DS and DH were both very supportive, as well as laughing a great deal!, and I finally managed to cycle the length of the cutway behind our houses.
I suppose I should get our there again tonight but I have done zero flying today. We had playgroup this morning, then a quick stop off in the Co-op, home for lunch, an hours play and then an hours visit from a friend and her 4 year old before it was time to collect DS from school.
So as Wednesday is my dining room day I've got all that to do this evening, plus clear up after tea and make DS's lunch for tomorrow. Oh joy ...it is not of more importance than daily life, which I have an enduring wish to make as useful and beautiful as possible.

Michelle - They are, indeed, handsome lads. It's so easy to forget that they were ever that small.
I jumped on the lazy wagon this afternoon. After inflating the little bouncy castle, by lung, for the boys I was just about finished and I couldn't find that spark of motivation again.
I have remopped the kitchen floor as I managed to spill some oil on it when I was cooking dinner.
Run Fatboy Run dropped through my letterbox this morning so I'm going to sit back and relax with that. I'll worry about the rest of my list tomorrow.
Have a good evening everyone! I'll probably lurk for a little bit tooo-* I will be Debt Free by Jan 2010 *-o

Life's not for constantly tidying, me thinks!!!
Tidied all through today, but not properly cleaned, a bit of a superficial tidy but cripes did it look better. Also sorted car insurance following :money:advice - saved £140!!! Yahay. This site is just so wonderful for all us lovely people not to get so ripped off!
Still haven't finished that damnable pile of clean laundry, but worked for 3 hours today, so some excuse there I suppose:p
