    Hiya
I've got so much catching up to do on this thread and in my house! Spent the morning at the hospice which was so, so, so fab. It's really put things in perspective and I know for definite now that's the area I want my work to go. By the end of the year i'll have finished my diploma in working in cancer care so that'll be good to have under my belt.

    I need to
    1) find my list
    2) catch up with all you lovely people
    3) do some cleaning!!!

If you got the chance to cap your gas/electricity until Feb 2011 would you?

Ok, list here I come xx

    Hugs to all xx

Officially cooked, I ended up being sick :( I've however got the computer bits of Q1 done (another 3 superlong question assignment) so stopped for now. I need to go get DS2 anyway

Tia I'm sick of them too :D eye q do a liquid form. With the does it work, well if it helps brain development, I think they should have it anyway, just my opinion. I think Boots might do their own medicine too. The foods don't have much in TBH unless you are giving them plenty of oily fish (which mine won't eat)
Mabboo supposedly it works within a few hours, neither boys been to the loo since the meds so unsure really.
Pigpen, you could change GPs for the rest of you......as for the lack of doing repeat prescriptions, complain, I did with our last GP :D

Heck I'm late best go, will try to catch up more later
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

Yes I did about 18 months ago and was even able to transferr the contract to new house, not worked out quite how much we have saved this year but just in the first year was nearly £300 and the way prices have been going i think it might be that again over 6 months.

No ..... personal choice I may regret but oil prices will have to peak and then fall IMHO. Also to cap you usually have to pay a higher price now. That money could be in my account earning interest. I think the word from Martin and the threads would disagree with me though.

You have my hugest respect re the hospice - I have a huge fear of Cancer - I wont bore you all with the details but I freak out at it and I know you will be making so much difference to people.

Fish oils - I stick with IQ capsules (DS has the strawberry chews but he doesn't chew them). They are often on 3 for 2 so I buy then. If you can read up a little bit on them then do so. All fish oils are not the same and it is the balance of the EPA and DHA which is important. Like PP said they take a while to build up in the system to replace the initial deficiancy so it is recommended you take a higher dose for the first few weeks and then a lower maintenance dose. Others may have experience with other brands working just as well.

    IQ website is www.equazen.com

    Mr T shop done.
    One child at cricket
One child gone to play tennis
Other due to go to swimming lessons in 30 minutes.

Going to get the third wash of the day in and wash up and then off I go.

Somebodies hubby was having a brain op this week - I can't remember who (suzie?) I'm thinking of you.

Afternoon folks. Far to warm to fly.. but really need to make and effort.

OH has just rung, he went into the bank this morning to query some transactions on his business account. Some cheeky bleeder in Georgia has helped themselves to over £1000  . I wouldn't mind but he hardly ever uses his debit card. In fact he has managed without one until about 6 months ago. He never buys stuff over the T'internet (can barely use the internet :D ) so the obvious place that has been loose with his details is the local petrol station.

Hope he gets the money back , because business is quite enough as it is at the moment.
