    I don't prescribe it because I wouldn't take it either it's vile.

I've just had my spoonful - I'm a right baby with medicine and it was ok - bananish but not vile - GP gave me one bottle for us all now (DS3 another spoon in 2 weeks) and another bottle to keep aside incase. Also DS1 has verruca treatment, atheletes foot and fungal toe infection - kids are just so lovely!

I haven't even started the kitchen yet - washing still on the line. Dalies mostly done. Going to bottle the champagne now and then try to do something before I sit down for the night at 9:00 - tomorrow is another day.

    Evening!

And just as I catch up with the thread she posts the next days lists and I haven’t started yet

    Welcome fiddlingflowerpetals and svjenni

Thanks for your comments lilme, I do know its about the support and everything, I do see you all as my pals and was fed up just going awol, so at least if I say I might not be about it doesn’t seem quite so rude IYSWIM

Bonsi, wish I could offer more than just a cyber hug for you :grouphug:

Hex2 my heart goes out to your little one, my poor DD has problem ‘friends’ at the mo too

Pigpen – 6 ibuprofen !!!!! what the he11 for  - you don’t need me to tell you that’s dangerous. Hope he doesn’t have any ulcers and that it soon settles down

    Ifits fingers crossed for DS

Pigpen – I’d have needed security on the door if I’d been told that

On the hospital thing I guess we’re lucky. I worked at the local one for 7 years then went back arranging the hospital transport for patients in and out, so the staff got to know me really well, (usually came to me wanting something), and of course then when on the A&E vehicles you only have to look at casualty with your own kids and they try and find a hole for you quickly. Guess I’m still fairly well known there even tho been away for 4 years.

Lilme sounds like a fab GP there

Annelouise that’s some list you achieved today, shame the agent cancelled

Problem in the morning again tomorrow, I leave for work with my lift at 7.20, DS will have left at 6.00, OH finishes work at 7.00 - 14 miles away if he finishes on time, should I be worrying about DD being on her own if OH a few mins late (dont have a neighbour she could go to) Aaaaah dont want to think about it

My list is calling (and so is DD  ) and I WILL DO SOME OF IT, along with making lunches for DD and DS and poss a cake as they have none for packing up and I think someone found my choccy biccy stash.

    Enough waffling, I'm gone
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

    Evening lovely ladies.

I am sat here having a soppy moment this evening. One of the boys in my form asked to be my friend on facebook, and although i was a bit  about having kids as friends i accepted as he is a nice lad and i have known him 5 years. I have just been looking at their prom piccies, and it has made me ooh and aah. It was last thursday, and i was going to try and pop along for a little while, but then DH was working. I am so pleased to have seen these piccies as several of the kids i have taught and they were my first form year group. My babies are all grown up. I remember the day they came up for a visit in y6 like yesterday and how they all used to sit there so quietly. :D If i am this soppy over other peoples kids i had best not show charlie and sam up when they reach that age as i will probably sob.

Anyway, back to lists and such - i had a productive morning but then had to take the boys to my sister to watch while i went to the dentist, and then she fed and bathed ds1 for me, so i haven't been home much more than an hour. I have DS2 for his 1st jabs and 8week check up tomorrow, so another busy one i think. Although, dh is going to take ds1 to nursery tomorrow for me so i won't be late for the appointment, so i may get slightly more done in the house by less chauffering in mummies taxi.

i have to go back to the dentist next week as my loose filling was hiding an infection, and i need to have my tooth out. so i've booked it for next tuesday so it is done soon, and arranged for one sister to have sam, and the other to go with me to hold my hand and drive me home. Not looking forward to that.

    Level Three
    [STRIKE]Sweep and mop the floor[/STRIKE]
dust and twinkle the dining room furniture
Drag everything out of the cutlery drawer.. wipe it out and put back the bits you are keeping.. Get rid of the things you aren't!!
    Extras

    1. HHI
    2. [STRIKE]dentist appointment at 3pm[/STRIKE]
    3. Deweb the downstairs of the house!!
    4. Scrub down the woodwork.. skirtings, door frames etc

    6. [STRIKE]WM - dark load[/STRIKE]
    7. airers - remove dry stuff, reload with any wet stuff
I hoovered all of the living room/dining room/hall/stairs while i had the hoover out, plus put a few things left out from the weekend away while i was at it.

I need to do some clothes sorting tonight as the clothes are still sat in the WM and it will make the morning run smoother if i lay clothes out for us all. Also, need to nag DH to put DS1's car seat in his car ready for the morning. Why does the day never seem to end?

Right, ten minutes catch up and then i had best start shaking myself into action.

I asked a similar question in last weeks thread as I seem to do well with washing and drying but then when I bring it in off the line it sits in my kitchen mounting up until I can't see my kitchen table any more. Since I got the kitchen organised last Tuesday I haven't done ANY ironing though! I have a big box of coathangers and as soon as I bring it in off the line I hang them on a hanger and put them in the wardrobes. We're quite lucky though that each member of the family has only a wardrobe, no drawers or anything so I can't fold anything up and by the time we go to wear them most of the creases are gone ;) . Obviously there are a few things that NEED ironed but they are few and far between.

I don't iron bed linen either, unless it's particularly bad.
    Hi Pigpen and the gang:hello:

    Ironing tips please!!!
Do you guys have any tips to minimse ironing, by the time I've changed beds, washed/drier and iron all my bed linen. I can't be bothered starting on my mountain of ironing.

Anybody see me online this week, please kick me off to get my ironing under control.

    Evening all,

I don't have a tumble drier and don't iron anything. I think it helps if you hang the washing out as soon as the washing machine is finished so the wet washing's not sitting getting all creased in the machine. ;)
Yeah but do you have a tumble dryer?? I dont but I do find line drying does help reduce creases.
Dont iron a) Dh work clothes (he works from home)
    b) fitted sheets, wrinkles disappear if you pull them tight enough
    c) underwear, towels, tea towels (my sister does!!!!)
Have to iron a) my work clothes
    b) pillow cases and duvet but I did by a wrinkle look one from M&S which is just great!!
