Bit late but forgot to say I'm in this week!

Got on well today, I love the sunshine always makes me more motivated. Also got to tesco to do the weekly shop.

Ironing - I only iron little Ellie's clothes and some of mine and OH's that need it. Refuse to iron DS1 (16) and DS2 (11) as I used to and then used to find it back in the dirty wash all crumpled even though it had never been worn!

Off to do dinner now, might eat al fresco tonight as it's soooo sunny

tiamai - your dinner sounds gorgeous, did you find a recipe? If you did, I might be pestering you for it! :o:D
    :j Ellie (Eleanor) Sophie arrived 10 days late on 19th November at 8.21am. 9lbs 1 oz :j
  • Bit of an update from me. Today has been a day of interuptions all round so I didn't get to go to the gym as planned. I am going to clean the floor and do the ironing and try and go for a swim tomorrow instead.

Scared how come you did your whole list!

Believe me it a VERY rare event :rotfl:

I had a head start as the kitchen was relativley clean from the weekend!!! and my dd2 was an Angel today and actually let me get on with bits... even managed to assist with changing the bed clothes in the girls room... bless!

Right... DD2 to bed in a minute and then "reading" duties with dd1... she has a new reward chart that I whipped up on Word the other day... she is very impressed and wants to get a sticker in every box... which she has managed today :j isn't it funny how stickers and a bit of paper can make kids comply!!!!

Right... might make a cuppa while i warm up dd2's bottle :0)

I'm off out tonight with my best mate, so probably catch up with you all tomorrow.

    Sleep well everyone

    Evening all,

Welcome new people and well done on your lists so far.

Lil-me - I'm glad you got your holiday sorted out. You deserve it! I meant to ask how you're feeling now? Did you get the blood test results back yet? It sounds like you have a super GP.

Well I've achieved my goals. I've done my VAT return, P11d and a couple of extra bits of paper work.

I'm very tired still from too much jolification at the weekend and not enough sleep last night so WILL have an early night tonight. Am just about to pour a glass of wine and sip it whilst I water the garden. It's been hot here today and we're due even hotter tomorrow. I don't want my poor plants to wilt.....

Big Thank You's to everyone who sent us congratulations and hugs, it bought a tear to my ear reading them all! :D

DS has a bit of a tummy bug and so I kept him off school and the pair of them have been whinging at each other and me all day.

Managed to get most of my kitchen and utility room jobs done, just the floors to clean after they are in bed. Also a bit of ironing to do.

The washing machine has been busy today.
As well as today's load, my mum was getting rid of a couple of throws so I nabbed them for us to use as extra bed layers in the winter. She smokes so they needed a freshen up in the machine and a good airing on the line.

Sounds like your doctor is very helpful lil_me, hope your boys are ok with taking the medicine.
...it is not of more importance than daily life, which I have an enduring wish to make as useful and beautiful as possible.
