Bring back horse power is what I say, though what my boy would think of that not too sure. Managed to cash out on the scratch cards. Think I'm still going to throw it at the target card, as the car will have to go on cc.

OH did really well and has got his listings upto 99 for his ebay shop. Got an item ending today and it has 12 watchers with 1 bid so I'm hoping that will go for a bit. Any money made will go into his business.

I have some left over jewelery from when I was selling it. Thinking I might list that though I do know there are a zillion pages of the stuff.

Got my Avon all packaged up and will start to get it delivered tonight. Looks like it might manage not to rain today. It has been like a Tsunami, every afternoon torrential rain. I keep calling it winter with leaves.

Good luck with the ebaying - I need to do more of it, but have difficulty making the effort :o

Hi Lucielle, well I have spent this weekend (on and off) reading your diary from the start. Its amazing how far you have come, you are truly an inspiration to us all on here. Well done and congratulations on being so focussed.
I have been seriously trying with the debt issue since xmas and am contemplating a diary as a way of keeping track of things. I too am a bakaholic and also trying to lose some weight (the two of which dont go together very well!!);) Anyway just wanted to say hi and will follow you to see how your getting on from time to time, good luck and maybe I will do a diary too. Thanks for making it so entertaining:T

Wretched cars eh. Been there and done that, so you have my sympathy. As taxi says though your breakdown company should be able to get you to the garage, well, so long as you have homestart or similar anyway?

Well done on your card transfer - makes life easier to have everything on LOB rates doesn't it.

Hello Turfy6, welcome to my wacky world. Hope I don't bore the beyjaysus out of you!

Well what a topsy turvey day it has been my WONDERFUL, CLEVER, FANTASTIC OH, has managed to mend the car. Still gutted we didn't go out last night but soooo relieved that the car is going.

Been out on the horses, the children rode and lead roped mine as he can be a g!t. Picked 4 bags of poo which is now in the compost and still got lots more to get. Got soaked in a shower and luckily it didn't rain at home as I've managed to get some washing on the line. Got some ironing to do later after I've delivered the Avon. Pay day this week, looks like it will go towards the oil bill rather than the car. Also got the final payment for the scout camp on Tuesday. All feels well with the world, well my world, so pleased about the car. We were both so stressed. 1 of the items Oh listed last night has sold and its a new line, so hopefully that will take off. Onwards and upwards.

PS a diary is a great way to keep all your ramblings and to stay focused. Let me know if you do and I'll come and have a nosey. Not too sure about being an insperation but thank you. I really think that title should go the Hypno, if you have a spare month read her diaries, puts me to shame.

Forgot to add paid £20 off target card.

Hooray!!!! Clever OH!!!! That is such good news. Is the car really fixed now, or is it a problem that's going to come back?

Seaxwyn, really not sure but am inclined to adopt the ostrich position for the moment. Must join a recovery service and check out quidco.

EH, keep him for now. Johnny Depp not available at the mo!

Hypno, very proud of OH. Typing not going very well, too many vodkas! Off to beddy byes. Night night.
