Paid £160 off some cards today. Also discovered that the kind chaps at Barclays have returned a cheque! Nice one thanks guys. Not only is it embarrassing to have that happen I also know the person. I have tried to phone but they aren't in. Will try again later. Had quite a good but stressful day at work.
Need to do loads of housework before the old trout (mum) arrives on Sunday and get her bed ready. Also need to reset the electric fence and get the boys back behind it. Supposed to be working tomorrow to help out a friend. See if that happens. Having jacket spud and beans for tea.

That's a tempting option. Put me behind the fence to keep all the moany children away. DD2 was very upset when I picked her up tonight. She is the only 1 from her year going to a different school. Mind you there were only 7 in her year.
Spoke to the person regrding the cheque and they were very nice about it. In fact we went completely off subject and started talking horses and bridle paths. Turns out there is a path to a pub, could be tempted. Even OH pricked up his ears.

I am sure DD will be fine once she actually starts school - it is hard when there are so few anyway....my DD had 9 in her yeargroup, but she soon made new friends at the new school and now you wouldn't know she was ever worried about it!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. My DD has been going to that school virtually from 6 months old, so it is bound to be hard on her.

Poor girl, I sympathise, it is very daunting. I went from a small village school to a big secondary school and still remember how hard I found it. These days at least the schools seem sensitive to the difficulties and keen to make the transition easy. I hope she will settle in quickly.Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620

Weather looks nice for the moment I think its going to chuck it down this afternoon. OH has already gone to work, I'm off shortly with 4 grumpy children. Got the fugitive off lovefilm and let them stay up to watch it last night. They aren't impressed that they have to come scrubbing with me and then they have got 3 hours sat in the car whilst we collect grandma because my step dad is being awkward and won't fetch erh to our house. So not much of a break this weekend.
Hopefully will get the electric fence up tonight and maybe the horses behind it! Must get the washing out before I leave. Have a googd day.
