Gosh it has been a while since I last updated. Won't bore you with all the details, just a brief.

DS1 been working, currently in Thailand for a months holiday. He managed to get there despite forgetting his ticket. Seems to be having a good time.

DD1 has been home, gosh she's lost some weight and she didn't have any to lose. Sent her back with loads of food. She's managed to get a weekend job which has just been increased to include Wednesday evening. She's trying to sort her leave out for Christmas.

DS2, where to start? It has been stressful but things are calming down. He decided to go to college for 4 days even though his remark came through and he got his C. However he didn't like it and wasn't ready to leave home. After eating a huge portion of humble pie I managed to get him back into sixth form and he now seems settled. He's also learning to drive and restoring a mini.

DD2 has had a trial on a farm to see it that's what she wants to do. Now she's not so sure. She's got mocks coming up.

I saw a business opportunity that came up but sadly it isn't going to be for me. well it would but I just can't afford it or get a business loan. So I've had to let that one go by.

OH is quietening down which means he can help DS2 with his mini.
Money news. I've managed to slay one credit card, just got 1 to go which is under 2K.

The joys of children, indeed. Got a text off DS1, he can't get any money out of his account. Possibly because he didn't tell the bank he was going abroad. He did phone on Saturday for some more info but not sure what's happening. His cousin is going out in 10 days so could take some with him. Sigh!

I'm thinking of going down to surprise her at the beginning of December. It will depend on the weather.

Had a hard week at work last week and they nearly broke me! Had to leave for 10 minutes as I was so cross.

OH and I went phone shopping on Saturday. Initially it wasn't pleasant as OH had the 'face' on. We left the shop to have a think and a coffee. We did go back in and get sorted. I popped to M&S and bought them a box of biccys to say thanks.

Been to the workshop today to try and sort out some ebay listings, still got a few to go.

I'm not good company at the moment. I have a touch of the black dog snapping at my heels and a small green eyed monster on one shoulder.

I'm sick of being a wage slave but there is nothing I can do about it. All the things OH and I have tried to plan and new things for the business haven't been allowed by the landlord. Well I've written a letter in a last ditch attempt to get him to change his mind.

The green eyed monster bit is to do with my sister. She has a very affluent lifestyle, so very different from mine. Normally I love listening to her adventures and holidays she's got planned but just at the moment they are grating on me. I don't want to tell her how I feel but I just don't want to talk to her and hear about it all. OH says I need to get over it and he's right.

OH was very sweet the other night and asked if he could do anything? I asked him to put the electric blanket on. He said have we got one? To which I replied no. Anyway I got into bed later on and he'd done a hot water bottle. I did squeak when I felt the furry thing at the bottom of the bed.

I was rudely awoken at 3am as some ridge tiles came flying off the roof. No doubt it'll take the landlords an age to fix it.

On to some better news, off up to Edinburgh on Thursday just for 1 night.

I've seen some photos from DS1 he's stood on some glass at the beach and his foot looks a right mess. Not a lot I can do from here.
