Hi Lucielle,
you might find this website useful for your planning;
www.edinburghschristmas.com/
theres info on the two markets and other events. Most things are very central either on or near Princes St. The German market is in Princes St Gardens.
If you are interested in other things am sure advice will be available here :cool:
Have a braw time :-)0 -
Hi L, Good to hear from you. I'm sure the lack of contact from DS1 is because he is having a great time!
Hope you have a good time in Edinburgh!

DS1 has been on the phone twice!!! He has got lots of job offers to come back to, which is good to know. He's also got somewhere to go at Christmas, I didn't like to think of him alone with a sprout!
DD2 has been to London and met up with her aunt and had a great time. Somebody was sat in her seat on the way down and wouldn't move but some ladies looked after her.
DD1 has finally managed to send her UCAS form in on the third attempt. Just got to sit and wait. She has her driving test on Thursday, fingers crossed please. Her car has been in for its MOT and failed but shouldn't be too expensive. It will still be the bank of mum and dad!
DS2 has started back at the maths tutors, I think he would be ok without it but if it helps his confidence we'll keep it going.
I have taken a couple of days off work to do the dreaded stocktake. Actually it has gone a lot better than normal and it was OH who had the first strop!

All positive thinking and good luck vibes needed DD1 has her driving test today.
She has also got a uni interview at the beginning of December, so will get to see mum before Christmas. had to jiggle my leave at work so I can get her down for the interview.
DS2 has sold 7 turkeys, just got 3 to go.
DD2 has joined young farmers, gawd help them she'll keep them on their toes!
DS1 is going back tot he first farm he stayed on for Christmas. Really please as I was worried he might end up alone with a sprout!
Going to Edinburgh next week, for the Christmas markets. So excited its ridiculous! Hope it lives up to my expectations.
Will let you know how she gets on. Gosh been awake for hours, you'd think it was me taking the test.
