Got up at 10.40 when DS1 came in to ask if we were going to see the hunt off at the pub. 11.00 at the pub and 3.00 home just about sobered up. Drinking on an empty stomach....should know better at my age. For once I actually enjoyed it!

Went to see the second Hobbit last night. It was good, quite long and my bum was numb by the end of it. Another 12 months to wait until the final part comes out.
DS1s dog has a poorly paw and been to the vets. She looks very sorry for herself with a bandage on her paw. He's just gone out and bought a scramble bike, not sure how I feel about that.
Just done the budget for my wages, its not pretty. Going to be £50 short each month to meet all payments. This will mean I'll have to use part of DS1s board which was going to pay off the cc. It's going to be tough. Still should be used to it by now.

well its been a funny old day, didn't get up till late but the day has dragged by. Not looking forward to first full week back at work but I'm sure I'll get used to it.
Back on the healthy eating plan and boy do I need it. Got a party to go to later in the month, so need to focus on getting some blubber off. Train tickets booked for said do and have to confess that we have booked one way first class (still cheaper than what I've paid previously). Quite excited about that. Sad I know.
OH back to the workshop and will hopefully be busy. Refit starts on 16th of Jan and the last one is in February.......can't wait. Just hope it pays off.
