Hmm seems to be working. Very strange.
It was my birthday on Wednesday and amongst the pressies was a stove fan! One very happy bunny!
I've been off 2 days planned and have spent today baking. So far I've made:
2 lots of shortbread, which have actually worked has been a bit hit and miss in the past
3 fruit cakes
1 sticky toffe pudding
2 lots pf pastry for mince pies, I'll make those next weekend
1 jam sponge for tonights pud
Just about to make mackerel pate`
Need to tackle the washing up mountain. Works night out on Saturday going to friends house to get my hair colourd as I spotted 3 grey hairs this week. Think I'm going to blame DS1 for those!
